Clinical Study Of Zhuyutongguan Decoction Combined With Laparoscopic Surgery In The Treatment Of Tubal Infertility With Blood Stasis

Objective: This topic through the chosen by adoption standards of oviduct infertility by stasis tube joint tang palace laparoscopic surgery,and patients treated with laparoscopic surgery alone palace,in contrast,by comparing the two groups of patients with postoperative half year of tubal patency rate and intrauterine pregnancy rate,in order to explore Chinese medicine for prevention of tubal adhesion,maintaining of tubal patency,further improve the effectiveness of the pregnancy rate,to reduce the incidence of ectopic pregnancy.Methods: 60 patients with blood stasis tubal infertility were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.Patients in the treatment group received oral Zhuyu Tongguan Decoction on the second day after surgery,while patients in the control group received laparoscopic surgery alone.The pregnancy,fallopian tube patency and TCM syndrome changes during the follow-up were recorded,and the comprehensive clinical efficacy was compared after statistical analysis.Results:1.There was no statistical significance between the two groups in terms of age,course of disease,type of infertility,fallopian tube obstruction before treatment and TCM syndromes(P>0.05),indicating comparability.2.The TCM syndromes in 2 groups decreased compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but the therapeutic effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.3.After treatment,there were 43 fallopian tubes in the treatment group,with a patency rate of 71.67%,and 29 tubes in the control group,with a patency rate of 48.33%,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).4.Pregnancy situation: 20 cases of pregnancy and 18 cases of intrauterine pregnancy in the treatment group were pregnant in the half year after treatment.The total pregnancy rate was 66.67%,and the intrauterine pregnancy rate was 60.0%.In the control group,there were11 cases of pregnancy,9 cases of intrauterine pregnancy,the total pregnancy rate was 36.67%,the intrauterine pregnancy rate was 30.0%;The total pregnancy rate and intrauterine pregnancy rate were compared between 2 groups after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Statistical analysis showed that in the treatment group,18 cases were cured,7cases were effective and 5 cases were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 83.33%;In the control group,9 cases were cured,7 cases were effective and 14 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 53.33%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: For patients with blood stasis type tubal infertility undergoing laparoscopic surgery,laparoscopic surgery combined with traditional Chinese medicine of Zhuyu Tongguan can effectively improve the TCM syndrome of patients,improve the patency and function of the fallopian tube in patients with fallopian tube obstruction,and increase the intrauterine pregnancy rate of patients.
