Clinical Observation On Jianwei Tongguan Fang In Treating Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome After Conservative Laparoscopic Surgery For Tubal Pregnanc

Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of Jianwei Tongguan Recipe in the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome after laparoscopic conservative tubal pregnancy,it can provide a basis for traditional Chinese medicine to improve the effective pregnancy rate after laparoscopic tubal pregnancy,and provide new ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of this disease.method.Methods: The collected 60 patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome after laparoscopic conservative tubal pregnancy surgery who met the inclusioncriteria were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group with 30 cases in each.The treatment group was treated with Jianwei Tongguan Recipe on the basis of the control group.The postoperative decrease of blood β-HCGvalue,serum TNF-α value and TCM syndrome score after three courses of treatment were compared and analyzed in the two groups.After three courses of treatment,ultrasound hysterosalpingography was performed to compare the patency of the fallopian tubes on the affected side of the two groups,and to record the toxic and side effects and adverse reactions during the treatment.The collected data were entered into an Excel table to establish a database,and SPSS 28.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results:(1)The general data of the patients before treatment(age,menopause time,vaginal bleeding time,mass size,preoperative blood HCG value,serum TNF-α valueand TCM syndrome score,etc.)had no statistically significant difference(P >0.05),and the follow-up records of all patients were complete,and the two groups were comparable.(2)After treatment,there were significant differences in the improvement of TCM clinical syndromes and serum TNF-α levels between the two groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.(3)After treatment,there were significant differences in the improvement of TCM syndrome scores and serum TNF-α levels between the two groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.(4)After three courses of medication in the treatment group,the patency rate of the ipsilateral fallopian tubes was significantly higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).(5)There were no obvious adverse reactions in the treatment group during the treatment period.Conclusion: Jianwei Tongguan Fang can effectively improve the TCM clinical syndrome of patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome after laparoscopic conservative tubal pregnancy,reduce serum TNF-α and blood β-HCG levels,and improve postoperative tubal patency on the affected side.Clinically,it can be used as an effective drug for the treatment of patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome after laparoscopic conservative surgery for tubal pregnancy,with no obvious adverse reactions,high safety,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
