Clinical Observation Of Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction In Treatment Of Chemotherapy-induced Nausea And Vomiting Of Malignant Tumor

Objective:The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical efficacy of Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction combined with tropisetron in the treatment of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting in patients with malignant tumor with syndrome of deficiency of spleen qi and stomach qi.Methods: Sixty patients with malignant tumor were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given tropisetron for antiemetics,and the treatment group was combined with Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction on this basis.The Nausea and vomiting scale,appetite scale,TCM symptom score,quality of life score and chemotherapy-related toxic and side effects were compared between the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results: The control rate of nausea and vomiting on the 2nd-4th day of chemotherapy and the control rate of appetite reduction on the 2nd,3rd and5 th day of chemotherapy in the treatment group were better than those in the control group.There were significant differences in TCM syndrome score and quality of life score between the two groups of patients before and after treatment(P < 0.05),but therewas no statistical difference in side effects(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction combined with tropisetron can significantly improve chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting in patients with malignant tumor with syndrome of deficiency of spleen qi and stomach qi,improve the appetite of patients during chemotherapy,and improve the quality of life.
