| Objective: Through a randomized controlled study, the clinical effect of five-inone therapy on patients with unstable angina pectoris combined with cervical spondylosis was preliminarily discussed. Methods: From September 2019 to September 2020,93 patients with unstable angina and cervical spondylopathy who were inpatient and outpatient in the Department of Cardiology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into a routine group,a collaterals group and a combined group. The conventional group was treated with conventional western medicine and Jingfukang granules for unstable angina pectoris, the collateral-tuning group was treated with collateral-tuning therapy on the basis of the conventional group, and the combined group was treated with five-in-one therapy(including collateral-collecting and cupping bloodletting),Apply safflower oil, infrared physiotherapy, sticking). One week later, observe and compare the patient’s changes in TCM symptom score curative effect, angina pectoris curative effect,NRS and HAD score.Results:1.The effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine was 63% in the conventional group,80% in the Tiao Luo group and 96.7% in the combined group. There wa s no significant difference between the conventional group and the Tiao Luo group(P>0.05),but the combined group was better than the Tiao Luo group and the conventional group(P<0.05).2.In the treatment of angina pectoris, the effective rate was 80% in t he conventional group,83.3% in the Tiao Luo group and 93.3% in the combined group. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),but the combined group was better than the two groups(P<0.05).3.There was no statistical difference in NRS score between the conventional group and the control group,P=1.00,and the NRS score of the group of selecting collaterals and the combination group was lower than before treatment(P<0.01).The curative effect of the group was better than that of the conventional group, and the combined group was better than that of the group(P<0.01).4.In the aspect of HAD score, the three groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the curative effect of the Tiao Luo group was better than that of the conventional group, and that of the combined group was better than that of the Tiao Luo group, the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The application of five in one therapy combined with conventional western medicine and Jingfukang granules can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with unstable angina pectoris and cervical spondylosis, and improve the quality of life of patients. It further proves that the five in one therapy as a comprehensive auxiliary method in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris combined with cervical spondylosis can more effectively relieve the pain of patients. |
