Clinical Observation Of Five-in-one Therapy For Unstable Angina Pectoris Combined With Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

Objective: This study observes the five-in-one therapy in adjuvant treatment of patients with unstable angina and lumbar disc herniation,evaluates its effectiveness and safety,and explores new ideas and methods to improve the efficacy and improve the quality of life of patients.Method:A total of 90 patients in the outpatient department and ward of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into three groups.The control group received basic treatment for unstable angina pectoris plus basic treatment for lumbar disc herniation(oral Yaotongning capsules).The collaterals group adopts the control group for the treatment of the collaterals,and the five joint group receives the five-in-one therapy(including collaterals,cupping,drug application,infrared physiotherapy,and drug application)treatment on the basis of the control group.The treatment period is1 week.,To compare and evaluate the changes in the scales related to unstable angina pectoris and lumbar disc herniation before and after treatment in the three groups of patients,and observe whether there are adverse reactions.Results:(1)Improvement of TCM syndromes: The overall improvement of TCM syndromes after treatment in the three groups is from high to low to five joint group,collaterals group,and control group.(2)The curative effect of angina pectoris:the decrease in the frequency and duration of angina pectoris after treatment in the three groups is the five joint group,the collaterals group,and the control group.Among the three groups,the nitroglycerin stoppage rate is the five joint group.Followed by the collaterals group and the control group respectively;there is no significant difference in ECG efficacy between the three groups after treatment.(3)The five joint group had the best degree of lumbar pain and functional improvement,followed by the collaterals group,and the control group the second.(4)After treatment,the quality of life and body condition of each group improved from strong to weak,which were divided into five joint group,collaterals group,and control group.(5)Safety: The three groups of patients showed no abnormalities in blood,urine,stool routine,liver and kidney function tests,and no other adverse reactions.Conclusions: 1.The five-in-one therapy and the simple collaterals therapy can effectively improve the TCM syndrome-related symptoms of patients with UA and LDH,and the former is more effective than the latter.2.The five-in-one therapy and the simple collaterals therapy can effectively improve the symptoms of angina(the number of angina pectoris,duration and nitroglycerin stop rate),the former is more effective than the latter;but the three groups have no effect before and after treatment in terms of ECG effect Significant improvement.3.The five-in-one therapy and the simple collaterals therapy can effectively improve the lumbar symptoms of patients with UA and LDH.The former has better efficacy than the latter.4.The five-in-one therapy and the simple collaterals therapy can effectively improve the overall quality of life of patients with UA combined with LDH,and improve patient satisfaction.The former is more effective than the latter.5.The five-in-one therapy is safe and credible for the treatment of patients with UA and LDH.6.The five-in-one therapy has a direct effect on the improvement of LDH-related symptoms,and the improvement of UA-related symptoms is an indirect effect.From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine,it is mainly through the regulation of overall qi and blood,the regulation of the viscera meridian,and the intervention of pathogenic factors,etc.Process: From the perspective of modern medicine,it is mainly through the regulation of platelet activity,maintaining the stability of endothelial function,alleviating psychological factors,and reducing the content of serum inflammatory factors to achieve the therapeutic effect on patients with UA combined with LDH,thereby improving The curative effect and treatment satisfaction of patients with UA combined with LDH can improve the quality of life of patients.
