Objective:Objective to compare and analyze the clinical efficacy of water-blood co-therapy and water-removing therapy alone in 80 elderly patients with renal edema from 2017 to 2019,and to explore the advantages of blood and water therapy in the treatment of edema,so as to broaden the treatment ideas and provide clinical reference for the treatment of elderly renal edema with traditional Chinese medicineMethods: Clinical retrospective study was conducted.Eighty cases were selected and divided into research group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. Both groups were given conventional treatment of western medicine. The experimental group was given traditional Chinese medicine of water-blood co-therapy on this basis, and the control group was given traditional Chinese medicine of water-removing therapy. The general condition, edema degree and laboratory indexes of the patients were observed and analyzed by SPSS 20.0.Results:1.Total therapeutic effect: The total effective rate of the research group was 95.0%,including 5 cases of clinical cure,13 cases of obvious effect,20 cases of effective and 2 cases of ineffective. In the control group, the total effective rate was 80.0%,including 3 cases of clinical cure,5 cases of obvious effect,24 cases of effective and 8 cases of ineffective.P < 0.05,statistically significant difference, the total therapeutic effect of the Water-Blood Co-therapy group was significantly better than that of the water-removing therapy group.2.Laboratory indicators: 24 h urine protein, urine erythrocyte,SCR,BUN and GFR were better than before treatment,P<0.05,indicating that the combined water-blood co-therapy was due to the water-removing therapy.BUA,ALB,TP two groups compared,P>0.05,water-blood co-therapy has no obvious advantage;ALT,PT for toxic and side effects indicators,P>0.05,no significant difference before and after treatment.Conclusion:Water-blood co-therapy has significant effect on the treatment of elderly patients with renal edema symptoms, reducing urine protein, reducing urine red blood cells, improving renal function such as Scr,BUN,GFR,and no toxic side effects on liver and kidney were found.
