| Objective: The acupuncture of soothing the liver-qi and regulating the spirit was used to treat chest apoplexy due to qi stagnation type,observing the improvement of symptoms and signs on angina pectoris syndrome.Discuss the therapeutic basis of the acupuncture of soothing the liver-qi and regulating the spirit,and explore new method of acupuncture based on physical and psychological regulation for this disease.Methods: According to the random number table,60 patients with chest stuffiness were randomly divided into trial group and control Group(30 cases in each group).The trial group was treated with soothing the liver-qi and regulating the spirit acupuncture,while the control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture.Both groups were treated once a day for 14 consecutive days(14 days as a course)starting on the day of the Angina attack.The TCM symptom score scale,angina symptom score and seattle angina pectoris scale(SAQ)scores of the two groups before and after treatment were statistically analyzed,and the curative effect was evaluated.Result:1.The total effective rate of angina pectoris was 93.33% in trial group70.00% in control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The total effective rate of TCM syndromes was 93.33% in trial group 70.00%in control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the main and secondary symptoms of angina pectoris were improved in both groups(P<0.05).In terms of physical activity limitation,stable angina,angina attack,treatment satisfaction and disease cognition,the trial group was better than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: Both the acupuncture of soothing the liver-qi and regulating the spirit and ordinary acupuncture can achieve good clinical effects in the treatment of chest apoplexy due to qi stagnation type,the former has more advantages,and it is worth popularizing and applying in clinic. |
