| Objective : To observe the clinical efficacy of nape seven needles combined with bloodletting therapy in the treatment of hyperlipidemia.Methods: 80 patients were randomly divided into nape seven needles combined with bloodletting group,nape seven needles group,bloodletting group,and western medicine group.The changes of blood lipid levels and TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment were compared,and comprehensive curative effect was evaluated.Results: 1.In terms of blood lipids: Compared within the group,the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,and HDL-C after treatment in the four groups were improved to different degrees than before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement was more obvious in the nape seven needles combined with bloodletting group;In comparison between the groups,there was no statistically significant difference in blood lipid levels among the four groups(P>0.05).2.In terms of TCM syndromes: Compared within the group,the scores of TCM syndromes after treatment in the four groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05).Comparison between groups: nape seven needles combined with bloodletting group,nape seven needles group,and bloodletting group are better than western medicine group in improving the scores of TCM syndromes(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference between the nape seven needles combined with bloodletting group,the nape seven needles group and the bloodletting group(P>0.05).3.Evaluation of curative effect: In terms of improving the curative effect of blood lipids and TCM syndromes,nape seven needles combined with bloodletting group,nape seven needles group and bloodletting group are superior to western medicine group(P<0.05),while The curative effect of nape seven needles combined with bloodletting group,nape seven needles group and bloodletting group were similar(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of hyperlipidemia with nape seven needles combined with bloodletting therapy has better clinical efficacy than simply taking western medicine.It can effectively improve the patient’s blood lipid level and clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine. |
