| Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of lateral lumbar pressing combined with reperfusion activity in the treatment of Superior clunial nerve entrapment syndrome(SCNES),and to explore the advantages and development prospects of clinical application of lateral lumbar pressing combined with reperfusion operation in the treatment of SCNES,so as to provide clinical scientific research basis for seeking simple manipulation in the treatment of SCNES.Methods: 60 cases of SCNES were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table,30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional massage therapy(refer to the "13th Five-Year Plan" "Massage Therapy"),and the observation group was treated with lateral lumbar compression combined with reperfusion operation. The treatment course of the two groups was the same,3 times per week, every other day treatment,1 week as a course of treatment,a total of 1 course of treatment.Visual Analog Pain Scale(VAS)and Japanese Orthopaedic Association Lumbar Function Scale(JOA)were filled out before and after treatment, and the therapeutic efficacy criteria were formulated according to "Standards for the Diagnosis of Diseases in Traditional Chinese Medicine".SPSS20.0statistical system was used to process, analyze and evaluate the above data. Results: 1.In terms of clinical efficacy, the observation group cured7 cases, effective 20 cases, ineffective 3 cases, the total effective rate is 86.6%,the control group cured 2 cases, improved 21 cases,7 cases, the total effective rate is 77%.Statistical analysis showed that there was a statistically significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P<0.05).2.There was no significant difference in the VAS scores between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05),indicating that the VAS scores of the two groups before treatment were comparable; The difference in VAS scores between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the two groups had significant efficacy in alleviating the pain symptoms of SCNES.After treatment, the difference in VAS scores between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group.3.There was no significant difference in JOA scores between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05),indicating that JOA scores of the two groups were comparable before treatment; The JOA scores of the two groups before and after treatment showed statistically significant difference(P< 0.05),indicating that the two groups had significant efficacy in improving the symptoms of SCNES with adverse lumbar activity. After treatment, the JOA scores of the two groups were compared, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group. Conclusion: In clinical practice, lateral lumbar compression combined with reperfusion activity therapy in the treatment of SCNES has advantages over conventional massage therapy, and the operation is flexible, simple, high safety, worthy of further promotion. |
