| Objective In this study,a randomized controlled study was conducted to observe the clinical efficacy of Myofascial Rrigger Point short thorn therapy combined with Tendon-regulating method in the treatment of gluteal epithelial nerve compression syndrome(SCNES),and to summarize the efficacy of clinical study and explore its mechanism of action.Explore the treatment of reasonable,efficient,sub-injury,and to carry out clinical diagnosis and treatment of hip-skinned neural compression syndrome(SCNEs)and new techniques.MethodsPatients who visited the hospital from December 2019 to February 2022 and were registered in the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected,and the statistical evaluation criteria and diagnosis results of THE diagnosis and treatment of SCNES were referred to "Criteria for Diagnosis and Efficacy of TCM Diseases" published by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine of the People’s Republic of China.Ninety-six patients were included in the statistical evaluation criteria.All 96 patients were randomly divided into treatment group,acupuncture group and tendon-regulating group according to the random number score table method.There were 32 patients in the treatment group,acupuncture group and tendon-regulating group,32 patients in the treatment group were treated with short spines combined with tendon-regulating method,and 32 patients in the acupuncture group were treated with ordinary acupuncture combined with tendon-regulating method.32 patients were treated with tendon-regulating method.According to VRS scoring standard,VAS scoring standard and JOA scoring standard.The statistical data were processed before treatment,one week after treatment and two weeks after treatment,and then the relevant statistical analysis was conducted to evaluate the effect before and after treatment.Results1.In the treatment group,6 cases were cured,14 cases were significantly effective,8 cases were effective and 4 cases were ineffective after two weeks of combined treatment using the two new techniques.The total effective rate was 87.5%.In the acupuncture group,2 cases were cured,8 cases were effective,12 cases were effective and 10 cases were ineffective after two weeks of combined treatment with ordinary acupuncture and tendon-regulating method.The total effective rate was 68.75%.In tendon-regulating method group,1case was cured,5 cases were effective,11 cases were effective and 15 cases were ineffective after treatment for 2 weeks.The total effective rate was53.12%.2.There was no significant difference between the three groups before treatment(VAS score)and the three groups before treatment(JOA score).Wilcoxon rank sum test(VAS,JOA score)was performed in the three groups after one week of treatment,and there was significant difference between the treatment group and the other two groups(P < 0.01).Wilcoxon rank sum test(VAS,JOA score)was performed in the three groups after 2 weeks of treatment,and the efficacy of the treatment group was compared before and after 1 week of treatment,and there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the other two groups after 2 weeks of treatment(P <0.01).The experimental results show that the treatment method of the treatment group,acupuncture group and tendon group are effective,but the treatment method of the treatment group is more obvious than the other two groups.ConclusionMyofascial Rrigger Point short spines method that buttock epithelial nerve viega profi-press syndrome clinical curative effect is superior to the ordinary acupuncture combined reinforcement technique,pure reason the curative effect of tendon-regulating method,can more quickly solve disease bring pain for the patient,practical and safe,effective,applies to the heavier conditions,and the oral drugs,local mixed closed,conservative treatment is not ideal,recurrent symptoms of the patients. |
