| ObjectiveThis study will conduct thematic health education for stroke caregivers,provide professional care knowledge for stroke caregivers,and evaluate the application effects of thematic health education methods in clinical education.methods1.On the basis of the health education content of the Rehabilitation Department of Guangdong provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,thematic health education is developed to take care of stroke,and thematic health education content is constructed through expert consultation.2.Using the convenience sampling method,80 stroke caregivers who attended the Rehabilitation Department of University Town Hospital of Guangdong provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2020 to December 2020 were divided into experimental groups and paired caregivers.The experimental group used thematic health education for publicity and education,and the control group used traditional health education methods for publicity and education.The test group conducts classes at a frequency of once every two days.Each class lasts for 10 minutes.Each class is lectured by the main researcher.The explanation of each unit is divided into two topics,and there are a total of 8 small topics,each with an explanation The time is 10 minutes,and the preferred nurses perform bedside demonstrations for the operation that needs to be demonstrated.3.Evaluation indicators:Before and after admission,the "Stroke Caregiver Health Knowledge Level Assessment Questionnaire"was used to assess the caregiver’s knowledge level,and the "Nursing Health Education Quality Satisfaction","Zarit Care Burden Scale"and "Carers’ Activeness" were used when discharged from the hospital.Feelings Scale"questionnaire to evaluate the effect of this health education.Results1.After the intervention,the score difference between the stroke caregivers in the experimental group and the control group in the "Stroke Caregivers Health Knowledge Level Assessment Questionnaire".The results of the study showed that after the intervention,the scores of the "Health Knowledge Level Assessment Questionnaire for Stroke Caregivers" in the control group were lower than those in the test group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01).2.Feedback from health education satisfaction survey.In the satisfaction degree of this survey,the satisfaction degree of thematic health education is higher than that of traditional health education.86.84%of the caregivers were basically satisfied with thematic health education,and 10.52%of the caregivers were completely satisfied with the thematic health education,indicating high satisfaction.3.Zarit care burden scale survey feedback.The results of the study showed that the score of the control group "Zarit Care Burden Scale" was lower than that of the test group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01).4.The caregiver’s positive feelings survey feedback.The results of the study showed that the difference was not statistically significant(p=0.085>0.05).Conclusions1.Thematic health education has the advantages of interaction,intuition,and easy-to-understand,which can effectively improve the care ability of stroke caregivers.2.Stroke caregivers have a high degree of satisfaction with thematic health education methods,which can reduce the burden of caregivers and affirm the effect of education on the whole.3.The subject-based health education methods used in this study are practical and scientific,and provide a basis for clinical stroke health education. |
