ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine fumigation combined with Cold and wind-heat prescription in the treatment of children with external fever(wind-heat syndrome).Innovatively provides a feasible clinical idea for the treatment of children with exogenous fever(wind-heat syndrome).MethodsChildren with acute upper respiratory tract infection in the outpatient department and inpatient department of Shenzhen Baoan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Group)from June 2020 to November 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group respectively 30 cases according to the inclusion criteria, exclusion criteria, abscission criteria and termination criteria strictly. The basic treatment of the two groups was oral cold, wind and heat prescription. The children in the control group were given basic treatment combined with simple western medicine routine treatment(If the child’s body temperature ≥38.5℃ was given oral ibuprofen suspension, children with cough and phlegm are treated with oral solution of ambroterol),while the children in the observation group were given basic treatment combined with Chinese medicine fumigation and washing(Antipyretic powder).Clinical observation of a total of 72 h,observe and record the observation group and control group after the first treatment in children with 0.5 h temperature,as well as children with stuffy nose, runny nose, sneezing, coughing, phlegm between the throat, and so on and so forth, two groups of children use drug fever, fever times within 24 h and 72 h in completely antifebrile cases, evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect. The clinical symptoms of the children were evaluated by comparing the scale of symptoms of exogenous fever in children, and the scores of main TCM symptoms before and after treatment were recorded. The clinical efficacy of the observation group and the control group was evaluated by comparing the scores of TCM symptoms.Statistical software SPSS25.0 was used to collect and analyze the obtained clinical trial data.Results1、Main symptom integral comparison of traditional Chinese medicine:two groups before treatment with the main TCM symptom score was no significant statistical difference between groups(P>0.05),the main two groups after treatment with TCM symptoms integral between groups is statistically significant(P<0.05),the traditional Chinese medicine fumigation(pyretolysis powder)in children with ease the main symptoms, signs, fever, stuffy nose, runny nose, sneezing, coughing, phlegm between the throat index)has significant curative effect, and superior to the control group.2、Comparison of clinical treatment effect:60 cases of children with acute upper respiratory tract infection, including 30 cases in the observation group,12 cases were cured,8 cases were significantly effective,7 cases were effective, the total effective rate was 90.00%.In the control group,30 cases were cured,7 cases were cured,5 cases were significantly effective, and 11 cases were effective, with a total effective rate of 76.67%.The comparison of efficacy between the two groups showed statistical difference(P<0.05),indicating that the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation(Antipyretic powder)on children with external fever was significantly better than that of the control group.3.Comparison of adverse reactions:During and after treatment,no significant adverse reactions occurred in the observation group and the control group.Conclusion1、Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with Cold and wind-heat prescription in the treatment of children with external fever(wind-heat syndrome)has obvious clinical efficacy.2、In relieving the main symptoms such as fever, stuffy nose, runny nose, sneezing, coughing, phlegm between the throat in children with exogenous fever(wind-heat syndrome),the traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with wind-heat prescription has a considerable effect and is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice. |
