Study On The Medication Rule Of Chi Jingxun’s Internal Treatment For Thrombus By Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform

Objective:to analyze the drug use rules and prescription characteristics of Chinese medicine professor Chi Jingxun in the treatment of aphtha by using the software of"traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance Assistance platform(V2.5)" developed by the Institute of traditional Chinese Medicine of the Chinese Academy of traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods:To collect and sort out the prescriptions of Professor Chi Jingxun from 2007 to 2020,and to screen out 111 prescriptions which accord with the main symptoms of acne in the textbook of Chinese Medicine Surgery.The prescriptions were input into the"Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistance Platform(V2.5)"system.Results:Of the 111 patients treated by Professor Chi Jingxun,85 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine were used,including honeysuckle,Coix seed,alisma,forsythia,Atractylodes,Achyranthes bidentata,Phellodendron chinensis,Radix Paeoniae Alba and Poria cocos.The Chinese medicine used in the four qi to cold medicine more,five flavors to sweet,bitter,Xinwei medicine into the prescription,mainly into the liver,stomach,lung,heart,spleen,kidney meridian.After data mining based on association rule analysis and entropy clustering method,58 groups with 60 times frequency≥ and 3 groups with Xinfang combination were obtained.Conclusion:Based on the analysis of the medicine used by Professor Chi Jingxun in the diagnosis and treatment of acne,it is concluded that Professor Chi Jingxun’s treatment of acne is mainly based on clearing heat and detoxifying drugs,promoting water and reducing swelling drugs,activating blood circulation and regulating menstruation drugs,dehumidifying drugs,tonifying qi drugs,clearing heat and cooling blood drugs,clearing heat and reducing gunpowder.
