Clinical Efficacy Analysis Of Shugan Hewei Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Gastritis (Liver-Stomach Disharmony Type) With Anxiety

Objective:Using the experience of the tutor Professor Tu Qingzhu,Shugan Hewei Decoction was used to observe the clinical efficacy in the treatment of patients with chronic gastritis accompanied by anxiety,and to analyze its clinical application value.Methods:Sixty-two patients with chronic gastritis who met the inclusion criteria were randomly assigned to the observation and control groups,31 cases in each group,and the control group was treated with rabeprazole sodium10 mg enteric coated tablets twice daily,once in the morning and once in the morning,30 minutes before meals;haloperidol melitrexin tablets(each containing 0.5 mg haloperidol and 10 mg melirtrexine)once,once in the morning and in the afternoon.The observation group added auto-himophepatic and gastric prescriptions based on the control group,1 dose per day,divided into2 times of hot administration after morning and dinner,and the treatment of both groups was 4 weeks.Scoring statistics were performed before treatment,at the end of 4 weeks of treatment and in the fourth week after the end of treatment,by comparing TCM syndrome scores,cereoscopic scores,HAMA scale scores and continuous efficacy of both groups before and after treatment,and using SPSS22.0 software to perform statistical analysis of the above data,to explore the clinical effectiveness of liver thinning and gastric decoction.Results:1.Overall effectiveness: the effective rate of the observation group was93.55% and the effective rate of the control group was 64.52%(P<0.05).2.In terms of effectiveness of the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine: the effective rate of the observation group was 93.55% and the effective rate of the control group was 77.42%(P<0.05).3.In terms of various symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine: the integrals of each syndrome after treatment in both groups were reduced compared to those before treatment(P<0.05).4.In terms of gastroscoscopic efficacy: the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.77%;the control group was 83.87%(P<0.05).5.Efficacy of HAMA: the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.77%.The total effective rate for the control group was 87.01%(P<0.05).6.Continuous efficacy: The continuous efficacy of the observation group was 86.21% and the continuous efficacy of the control group was 60.00%(P<0.05).7.Safety indicators: no adverse effects were found in both groups of patients,and blood,urine and stool routines were checked before and after treatment;there was no obvious change in liver and kidney function.Conclusion:Shugan Hewei Decoction is an effective prescription for the treatment of chronic gastritis with anxiety state of liver-stomach disharmony.It can effectively improve the symptoms and signs of patients.
