Summarize The Experience Of Professor Li Yanning In Using The Law Of Recipe And Syndrome Of Dachaihu Decoction

Objective:Discuss Professor Li Yanning’s use of Dachaihu Decoction to provide an objective basis for clinical application.Method:Comprehensively sorted out 329 outpatient medical records of the tutor using Dachaihu Decoction,and summarized the general condition,disease spectrum,clinical symptoms,tongue quality and tongue coating of Dachaihu Decoction based on statistical analysis of frequency,golden ratio,and association rules.Flavored drugs and the number of doses,etc.,and analyze and discuss the results.Results:(1)General situation: mostly children aged 3-5 years;mainly of medium-to-middle-to-thin body type,yellow face and normal face;the disease is the most common in spring;the course of disease is less than 7 days.(2)Disease spectrum: extensive and concentrated,mainly diseases of the respiratory system and digestive system.(3)Core symptoms: irritability,constipation;main symptoms: cough,poor appetite,throat discomfort,restless sleep at night,hot hands,feet and heart,red lips/dry lips,odor in the mouth;secondary symptoms: excessive sweating,excessive phlegm,Lack of phlegm,abdominal pain,bloating,thirst,fever,yellow sticky nose,sneezing,nasal congestion,yellow urine,green mountain roots.(4)Tongue quality and tongue coating: mainly red tongue and yellow thick and greasy coating.(5)Flavored drugs: A total of 138 flavored drugs are used,of which28 are commonly used flavored drugs,most of which are cough,phlegm and asthmatic drugs,anti-epidemic drugs and heat-clearing drugs.(6)The number of doses used: generally 3-7 doses.Conclusion: Professor Li Yanning has used Dachaihu Decoction extensively in clinical practice,often focusing on Shaoyang-Yangming syndrome,food product performance as the goal,taking into account other symptoms of menstruation,and adding or subtracting drugs according to the syndrome.His experience has a good promotion prospect in pediatrics.
