Clinical Observation On Acupoint Catgut Embedding Combined With Huatan Quyu Decoction In The Treatment Of Infertility Of Obese Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Objective: Using numerical analysis and control experiment,Objective to study the clinical efficacy of acupoint catgut embedding combined with Huatan Quyu Decoction in the treatment of obese polycystic ovary syndrome infertility,and the results were objectively evaluated.From the clinical point of view,this paper analyzes and discusses the feasibility of acupoint catgut embedding combined with Huatan Quyu Decoction in the treatment of infertility patients with obese polycystic ovary syndrome,So as to provide more methods and ideas for the treatment of obese polycystic ovary syndrome infertility.Methods: In this study,90 cases of infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome of phlegm dampness and blood stasis type were selected,which met the diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.90 patients were randomly divided into three groups: treatment group,control group A and control group B.the number of patients in each group was 30.The control group A was treated with letrozole plus Huatan Quyu recipe,the control group B was treated with letrozole plus acupoint catgut embedding,and the treatment group was treated with letrozole plus Huatan Quyu recipe combined with acupoint catgut embedding.The TCM clinical symptom score,serum LH(luteinizing hormone),FSH(follicle stimulating hormone),LH / FSH,T(testosterone),anti Mullerian hormone(AMH),dominant follicle diameter,ovulation rate,pregnancy rate,biochemical pregnancy rate,abortion rate and other indicators of treatment group,control group A and control group B were observed.Result: The clinical efficacy of treatment group was higher than that of control group A and control group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two control groups(P>0.05).The treatment group,control group A and control group B can improve the TCM clinical symptom score(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the two control groups,control group A was better than control group B(P<0.05);The levels of serum LH,LH / FSH,T and AMH were improved in all three groups(P<0.05),the performance of the treatment group was better than that of control group A and control group B,but there was no significant difference between A and B in the control group(P>0.05);The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of treatment group were higher than those of control group A and control group B(P<0.05),But there was no significant difference between A and B in the control group(P>0.05);However,the serum FSH level,dominant follicle diameter and abortion rate of treatment group,control group A and control group B were not significantly improved after treatment,there was no significant difference among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,acupoint catgut embedding combined with Huatan Quyu decoction has better clinical effect in the treatment of obese polycystic ovary syndrome infertility.The treatment group had significant advantages in improving clinical symptoms,serum LH,LH / FSH,T and AMH levels,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate,At the same time,it also shows the new ideas and innovative application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupoint catgut embedding.
