| Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Bu Shen Xiao Ke formula combined with acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of obese polycystic ovary syndrome under the guidance of the theory of the Ke Nang, hoping to provide more methods and ideas for the treatment of this disease. Methods: A total of 64 obese PCOS patients who met the admission criteria were found and divided into two groups by random number table method,32 cases in the treatment group and 32 cases in the control group. The control group was given metformin sustained-release tablets for drug intervention treatment, and the treatment group was given Bu Shen Xiao Ke prescription combined with acupuncture point embedding for TCM comprehensive treatment for 3 months. The changes of TCM syndrome, body mass index(BMI),serum luteinizing hormone/follicle stimulating hormone(LH/FSH),testosterone(T),fasting blood glucose(FPG),fasting insulin(FINS),insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein(LDL),non-HDL index changes and other indexes of the two groups were observed before and after treatment, and the collected data were analyzed. To evaluate the clinical effect of Bu Shen Xiao Ke formula combined with acupoint catgut embedding under the guidance of the theory of Ke Nang.Results:1.Comprehensive efficacy evaluation: After treatment, the total effective rate of Bu Shen Xiao Ke prescription combined with acupoint catembedment treatment in the observation group was 90.0%,and the total effective rate of metformin treatment in the control group was 63.3%.The comparison of comprehensive efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).2.Comparison of TCM symptom scores: After treatment,TCM syndrome scores of the observation group decreased, showing statistical significance(P<0.01),while TCM syndrome scores of the control group showed no significant improvement, showing no statistical difference(P>0.05).After treatment, there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01),which proved that the observation group had a significant effect on reducing TCM syndrome score, while the control group had no obvious effect.3.Comparison of BMI and WHR: there were statistical differences in BMI and WHR between the two groups after treatment(both P<0.01),and there were statistical differences between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).The weight and fat reduction effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.4.TG comparison: After treatment,TG,TC and LDL were decreased in both groups, showing a statistical difference(P=<0.01);after treatment, there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).5.Comparison of glucose metabolism: After treatment,FINS,FPG and HOMA-IR were decreased in both groups, with statistical differences(P <0.01,P < 0.05,P < 0.01,respectively),indicating that the treatment was effective in both groups. There was no statistical difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05),indicating that the two treatments had similar efficacy in improving glucose metabolism indexes.6.Comparison of lipid metabolism: After treatment,TG,TC,LDL and non-HDL decreased in the two groups(P<0.01),and after treatment, there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05),the observation group was better than the control group in lowering blood lipid. Conclusion: Compared with metformin alone,Bu Shen Xiao Ke formula combined with acupoint catgut embedding under the guidance of the theory of Ke Nang and capsule has better curative effect in the treatment of obese PCOS,which can more effectively improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, reduce weight, blood lipid, insulin resistance index and sex hormone levels,so as to comprehensively adjust the level of reproductive endocrine and shorten the menstrual cycle. In the treatment of obese PCOS,under the guidance of the theory of the Ke Nang,This remarkable result Proved the effect of Bu Shen Xiao Ke formula combined with acupoint catgut embedding, and it was also known to the broad application prospect of TCM combined with acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of gynecological diseases. |
