Analysis Of Curative Effect Of YiQi Huanxiao Decotion On Chronic Duration Of Bronchial Asthma In Children(Syndrome Of Qi Deficiency And Phlegm)

Objective:This project explores the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Huanxiao decoction in the treatment of children with chronic bronchial asthma（syndrome of qi deficiency and phlegm）.Methods:A total of 100 children diagnosed with chronic bronchial asthma（syndrome of qi deficiency and phlegm）in the pediatric outpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2019 to October 2021 were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group（n=50）was treated with Yiqi Huanxiao decoction,and the control group（n=50）was treated with infantile feike granule for 4 weeks.The effectiveness indexes were TCM syndrome score,Children Asthma Control Test questionnaire（C-ACT）,lung function（FEV₁,FEV₁/FVC,PEF）and lung high-resolution HRCT mosaic sign score.Results:1.In this study,100 children were enrolled.Due to the poor compliance of the children in both the experimental group and the control group,3 cases in each group failed to take medicine according to the prescribed course of treatment,so 47 cases in the experimental group and the control group were finally completed.2.Analysis of clinical efficacy:The total effective rate of Yiqi Huanxiao decoction group（89.36%）was significantly higher than that of oral pediatric lung cough particles group（76.60%）,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.3.Analysis of TCM syndrome efficacy:the total effective rate of TCM syndrome efficacy in Yiqi Huanxiao decoction group（93.60%）was significantly higher than that in infantile feike granule group（78.70%）,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.4.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores:the scores of primary and secondary TCM symptoms in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment（P<0.05）,and the scores of Yiqi Huanxiao decoction group were significantly better than those of infantile feike granule group after treatment and during follow-up,with statistical significance（P<0.05）.5.Comparison of children asthma control test questionnaire（C-ACT）:The questionnaire score of the two groups was significantly lower than that after treatment（P<0.05）,and the score of Yiqi Huanxiao decoction group was significantly lower than that of infantile feike granule group,with statistical significance（P<0.05）.6.Comparison of lung function:After treatment,lung function（FEV₁,FEV₁/FVC,PEF）of 35 children over 8 years old in both groups were examined,and compared with the results before treatment,lung function level was improved（P<0.05）,but the improvement range of Yiqi Huanxiao decoction group was better than that of infantile feike granule group,and there was a statistical difference（P<0.05）.7.Comparison of lung high-resolution HRCT mosaic score:after 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of lung mosaic perfusion score of 15 cases in the experimental group and 13 cases in the control group were improved compared with those before treatment（P<0.05）,and the improvement of Yiqi Huanxiao decoction group was significantly better than that of feike granule group,with statistical significance（P<0.05）.8.Comparison of recurrence:after 3 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate of the experimental group was 4.76%and that of the control gro up was16.67%,and the recurrence rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance（P<0.05）.Conclusions:1.Yiqi Huanxiao decoction with the methods of promoting lung and resolving phlegm and supplementing qi and strengthening kidney is used to treat children with chronic duration of bronchial asthma（qi deficiency and phlegm formation syndrome）,which has prominent advantages in controlling and improving asthma-related symptoms,TCM syndromes and C-ACT asthma control score.2.The effectiveness indexes of modern medicine,such as lung function level measurement and HRCT mosaic perfusion sign score,showed that Yiqi Huanxiao decoction was superior to feike granule in the treatment o f chronic duration of children’s bronchial asthma（qi deficiency phlegm syndrome）.3.The recurrence rate of Yiqi Huanxiao decoction group was lower than that of feike granule group.
