Clinical Study Of Qingyan Zhike Decoction Combined With Screw Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Lung Cough Caused By Wind Evil

Objective:Through the comparative analysis of the curative effect of Qingyan Zhike Decoction combined with screw acupuncture in the treatment of wind-pathogenic lung laryngogenic cough,to explore whether its treatment method has clinical promotion and research significance.method:Sixty eligible patients were randomly divided into two groups for observation.Patients in the control group were given Suhuang cough capsule combined with Mondrukast sodium tablets,and patients in the treatment group were given Qingyan cough soup combined with aseptic needle and acupoint acupuncture for two courses of treatment.The changes of symptoms and signs in the two groups were observed and statistically analyzed.Results:Intra-group comparison was made between the two groups before and after treatment,and the scores of major syndrome(except the score of lymphatic follicles in the posterior pharyngeal wall)of the visual analog scale improved significantly(P <0.01),and the difference was very statistically significant.Visual analog scale score improved(P <0.05),the difference was statistically significant,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,the total effective rate of the control group was86.67%,P <0.01,treatment group was better than the control group.conclusion:Qingyan Zhike Decoction combined with needle in the treatment of laryngeal cough is better than Suhuang Zhike Capsule combined with Montelukast Sodium in the treatment of laryngeal cough,the clinical effect is obvious.
