Objective: To observe the symptoms, signs, quality of life and the influence on serum Ig E of Du moxibustion in the treatment of AR,and to promote the treatment of AR.Method:A total of 66 patients with allergic rhinitis were included, randomly divided into observation group and control group,33 cases in each group, the observation group was treated with Du moxibustion and the control group was treated with oral loratadine. The clinical efficacy of Du moxibustion therapy and oral loratadine in the treatment of AR with lung-kidney-yang deficiency was compared, and the effect of Du moxibustion on the quality of life and the serum Ig E level of AR patients was observed. Results: 1.TCM syndrome: In the intra-group comparison between the two groups before and after treatment, there were significant differences(P< 0.01)in the symptoms of nasal congestion, nasal itching, sneezing, runny nose, fear of wind and sweating, fear of cold, clear and long urine, and weakness of the waist and knees in the observation group compared with those before treatment;there were significant differences(P<0.01)in the symptoms of nasal congestion, nasal itching, sneezing, and runny nose in the control group compared with those before treatment, while there were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05)in the symptoms of fear of wind and sweating, fear of cold, clear and long urine, and weakness of the waist and knees before and after treatment. There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment in terms of symptoms such as fear of wind and sweating, fear of cold, clear and long urine, and lumbar and knee weakness. In terms of signs, there was a significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01).As for the total points of symptoms, there was a significant difference before and after treatment in the observation group(P<0.01),and there was a statistically significant difference before and after treatment in the control group(P< 0.05).In the comparison between the two groups after treatment, there was a significant difference between the two groups in terms of symptoms such as fear of wind and spontaneous sweating, fear of cold, clear and long urine, lumbar and knee weakness, and the total score of symptoms(P<0.01),and the observation group was better than the control group. In the determination of the efficacy of the symptoms, the total effective rate of disease improvement was 90.63% in the observation group and 72.73% in the control group, and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).2.quality of life: There was a statistically significant difference(P<0.01)in the total quality of life score between the two groups before and after treatment;the difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group. In terms of quality of life efficacy, the total effective rate was 90.63% and 75.76% in the observation group and the control group, respectively, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.serum Ig E: When compared within groups before and after treatment, serum Ig E levels were significantly lower in both groups before and after treatment(P<0.01);when compared between groups after treatment, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Du moxibustion can effectively treat AR with deficiency of lung and kidney yang, improve symptoms and signs of AR patients, reduce serum Ig E content, and is better than oral loratadine in improving symptoms such as cold fear, cold fear, urination, fear of wind self sweat, weakness of waist and knee, and improvement of quality of life.
