Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Allergic Rhinitis(Spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome) By Acupuncture And Moxibustion Of Wenyang Gutu Kaiqiao Method

Objective:Compared with Traditional acupuncture method,To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of " Wenyang Gutu Kaiqiao" acupuncture moxibustion method for treating AR(spleen kidney yang deficiency syndrome);To observe the changes of serum IL-25,IL-33 and TSLP levels in patients with AR before and after treatment,To explore the mechanism of "Wenyang Gutu Kaiqiao" acupuncture and moxibustion therapy in treating AR(spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome).Methods:From July to December 2022,66 patients with AR(spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome)who met the inclusion criteria in the outpatient department of acupuncture and massage of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College were randomly divided into treatment group(n=33)and control group(n=33).The treatment group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion of " Wenyang Gutu Kaiqiao ",and the control group was treated with common acupuncture,3 times a week for 4 weeks.Before and after treatment,the two groups of AR patients were evaluated with the TNSS,nasal concomitant symptoms VAS,Chinese medicine syndrome VAS,RQLQ and adverse reaction scale;At the same time,5ml of peripheral venous blood was collected from two groups of AR patients for detection of serum IL-25,IL-33 and TSLP.Results:1.In this study,the treatment group total effective rate is 93.94%,and the control group was 84.85%.After treatment,the TNSS,nasal concomitant symptoms VAS,Chinese medicine syndrome VAS,RQLQ in AR patients decreased(P<0.05);2.The serum levels of IL-25,IL-33 and TSLP in AR patients were higher before treatment,and both treatment methods could decrease the serum levels of IL-25,IL-33 and TSLP in AR patients(P<0.01),and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).3.No adverse events were reported in both treatments.Conclusion:1." Wenyang Gutu Kaiqiao" acupuncture moxibustion method is a safe and effective for treating AR,which can alleviate the symptom of AR patients with spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome and improve the life quality of AR patient.2.High expression of IL-25,IL-33 and TSLP in patients with rhinitis,IL-25,IL-33 and TSLP were significantly decreased in patients with rhinitis after treatment." Wenyang Gutu Kaiqiao" acupuncture moxibustion method By reducing the serum IL-25,IL-33,TSLP content of AR patients,inhibiting the subsequent inflammatory response to achieve the therapeutic purpose.
