Clinical Observation On Wumei Pill Combined With AcuPuncture In The Treatment Of Jueyin Insomnia

Objective:The Purpose of this study was to comprehensively evaluate the clinical efficacy of modified Wumei Pill Combined with acupuncture in the treatment of Jueyin insomnia,and to seek an effective treatment scheme for Jueyin insomnia.Methods:Based on the Principle of randomized control,80 Patients with Jueyin insomnia admitted to Bao’an Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Guangzhou University of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2020 to December 2020 were divided into experimental group and control group,40 cases in each group.The exPerimental group was treated with modified Wumei Pill Combined with acupuncture,while the control group was treated with estazolam tablets for 4 weeks.Pittsburgh Jueyin insomnia score,sleep quality index(PSQI),self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and overall treatment efficiency were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:1.ComParability:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in age,gender,disease condition and course of disease among the three grouPs(P>0.05).2.PSQI total score and each score:Comparison between groups:before treatment,there was no significant difference in PSQI scale and scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,there was significant difference in PSQI Scale total score,sleep quality,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorder and daytime disorder scores between the two groups(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in sleep time(P>0.05);there was no significant difference in PSQI Scale total score between the two groups(P>0.05)Compared with the control group,there was significant difference in the scores of sleep quality,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorder and daytime disorder in the experimental group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the scores of sleep time between the two groups(P>0.05).Intra group comparison:the total score of PSQI and the scores of sleep quality,sleep time,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorder and daytime disorder in the experimental group were significantly different before and after treatment(P<0.05);the total score of PSQI and the scores of sleep quality,sleep time,sleep efficiency and sleep disorder in the control group were significantly different before and after treatment(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in daytime disability score P<0.05).3.SAS score:Comparison between groups:before treatment,there was no significant difference in SAS score between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,there was significant difference in SAS score between the two groups(P<0.05);there was significant difference in SAS score between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).Intra group comparison:there was significant difference in SAS score between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).4.TCM syndrome integral:Comparison between groups:before treatment,there was no significant difference in the total score of TCM syndromes between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,there was a significant difference in the total score of TCM syndromes between the two groups(P>0.05);there was a significant difference in the total score of TCM syndromes between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).Intra group comparison:there was significant difference in the total score of TCM syndrome before and after treatment in the experimental group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the total score of TCM syndrome before and after treatment in the control group(P>0.05).5.Efficacy evaluation:After 4 weeks of treatment,the total treatment efficiency of the experimental group was 92.5%,and that of the control group was 72.5%.The treatment effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of modified Wumei Pill Combined with acupuncture on Jueyin insomnia is better than that of estazolam tablets.The effect of modified Wumei Pill Combined with acupuncture in improving sleep quality and anxiety state of patients was better than that of control group.Wumei Pill Combined with acupuncture can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of TCM.The combination of acupuncture and medicine has definite curative effect,high safety and no adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
