Clinical Study On The Application Of WUMEI Pill Guided By The Thought Of Yun-qi

WUMEI pill was first seen in treatise on febrile diseases,and was regarded as a classical prescription to treat “Ascaris” and “Gyulli” by ancient physicians.Since the Ming and Qing dynasties,Keqin and others regarded WUMEI pill as the main prescription of Jueyin disease,and its clinical application has been expanding,and it is made a more fruitful use in the diagnosis and treatment of internal diseases,external diseases,gynecological diseases,pediatric diseases and some difficult diseases.In recent years,with the popularization of the theory of five-movement and six-qi,the theory of the Yun-qi has made excellent achievements in the prevention and treatment of epidemic diseases.In this study,we analyzed the clinical application of WUMEI pill under the guidance of Yun-qi thought,and discussed the application rule of WUMEI pill from the Yun-qi thought,which provided the theoretical basis for guiding the clinical application of WUMEI pill under the guidance of Yun-qi thought,it also provides support for the guidance of Yun-qi thinking in clinical practice.Objective: Based on the theory of five-movements and six-qi,the clinical application of WUMEI Pill was studied under the guidance of the thought of Yun-qi,and the relationship between the five-movements and six-qi and the clinical application of WUMEI pill was discussed,which provided the theoretical basis for the application of WUMEI pill under the guidance of the thought of Yun-qi,it also provides support for the clinical application of Yun-qi thinking.Methods: Based on the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,a total of 543 patients treated in the department of Cardiology,Zibo Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January 21,2016 to October 31,2022 were selected,collect relevant data of each case,the clinical application of Prunus mume pill was analyzed from the aspects of disease diagnosis,symptoms,tongue condition,pulse condition,medication and onset time,birth time,onset or aggravation time of disease,combined with statistics and other scientific methods,the application of WUMEI Pill in the guidance of the idea of luck is studied.Results:1.WUMEI pill treatment of disease onset or exacerbation of the high-incidence period for chou(from 1 am to 3 am).2.When the onset time was younger than the age of water,or Shaoyang phase Huo Si Tian,Juyin Fengmu in the spring,or Yangming Zao Jin Zhu Qi,or shaoyin jun huo polite,the proportion of application of Mumei Pill was the highest,there were significant differences among different seasons,different sitian in spring,different main qi and different politeness.3.WUMEI pill was used highest proportion in the spring,and the difference was statistically significant between different years of age and different kinds of Qi in the spring.There was no significant difference between the different main qi and the different politeness in the birth time.4.The core symptoms of WUMEI pill were insomnia,hyperhidrosis,cold limbs,dry mouth,dry mouth,bitter mouth,loose stool,panic,chest tightness and fatigue.5.Tutor in the clinical application of WUMEI pills to the original-based,clinical addition and subtraction of drugs.Conclusion: Five movements and six qi is the law that the ancients summarized by studying natural changes,and it is the indispensable content of traditional Chinese medicine.When the tutor guided the clinical application of WUMEI pill with the thought of Yun-qi,it was mainly used for: when the disease of Jueyin was ready to be solved,the attack or aggravation of disease in Chou;the mixed symptoms of cold and heat;“Jiuli”;The onset of time in less than the age of water,or Shaoyang phase fire Sitianjueyin Fengmu in the spring,or Yangming dry gold gas,or Shaoyin gentleman fire when polite,and birth time for the fire less than the year,or Juyin Fengmu Si Tian Shaoyang fire in the spring.On the basis of the diagnosis and treatment system of five elements and six qi,the tutor should first distinguish pathogenic evil qi in the clinical symptoms,when the disease occurs or aggravates in the Chou,when the disease appears the symptoms of JUEYIN,such as cold and heat,and“Jiu Li”,etc.,can be used to treat the black plum pill.If we analyze the natural endowment of human being and the Yun-qi factor of the Fengmu,we can confirm the disease in Jueyin and apply the pill boldly.The analysis and application of the Liujing disease and the related Yun-qi factors reflect the important position of the Yun-qi train of thought in the clinical application,and provide the basis for the guidance of the Yun-qi train of thought in the clinical practice.
