| ObjectiveThis project used the method of prospective randomized controlled trials,taking patients with post-stroke insomnia as the research object to observe the clinical efficacy of catgut implantation at acupoints combined with hyperbaric oxygen,in order to optimize the treatment plan for post-stroke insomnia,improve sleep status,and improve life quality.MethodsA total of 84 patients in the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion and Rehabilitation of Guangdong Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to January 2021 were selected.The SPSS software was used to randomly divide the patients into the catgut implantation group,the hyperbaric oxygen group and the combined group,with 28 patients in each group.All three groups of patients were treated with basic medicine and basic rehabilitation training.The catgut implantation group was given unilateral catgut implantation at acupoints alternately,one time/week,for a total of two weeks;The hyperbaric oxygen group was given hyperbaric oxygen therapy,one time/day,six times/week,for a total of two weeks;The combined group was given catgut implantation combined with hyperbaric oxygen,and the frequency and course of the treatment were the same as above.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score,TCM Syndrome Scale score,Barthel Index(BI)score of the three groups were recorded before and after treatment.SPSS 23.0 was used for statistical analysis and the clinical efficacy of the three groups was compared.Results1.Basic overview:During the treatment,4 dropout cases were produced,and a total of 80 patients finally completed the study.2.General information:The three groups of patients had no statistical differences in gender,stroke type,age,course of disease,PSQI score,TCM Syndrome Scale score and BI score(P>0.05).3.PSQI score:After treatment,the PSQI score of the three groups were lower than that before treatment significantly(P<0.01).There was no statistic difference in PSQI score after treatment and PSQI score difference between the catgut implantation group and the hyperbaric oxygen group(P>0.05);Compared with the catgut implantation group and the hyperbaric oxygen group,the combined group had statistic difference in PSQI score after treatment and PSQI score difference(P<0.05).4.TCM Syndrome Scale score:After treatment,the TCM Syndrome Scale score of the three groups were lower than that before treatment significantly(P<0.01).There was no statistic difference in TCM Syndrome Scale score after treatment and TCM Syndrome Scale score difference between the catgut implantation group and the hyperbaric oxygen group(P>0.05);Compared with the catgut implantation group and the hyperbaric oxygen group,the combined group had statistic difference in TCM Syndrome Scale score after treatment and TCM Syndrome Scale score difference(P<0.05).5.BI score:After treatment,the BI score of the three groups were higher than that before treatment significantly(P<0.01).There was no statistic difference in BI score after treatment and BI score difference between the catgut implantation group and the hyperbaric oxygen group(P>0.05);Compared with the catgut implantation group and the hyperbaric oxygen group,the combined group had statistic difference in BI score after treatment and BI score difference(P<0.05).6.Clinical efficacy:There was no statistic difference in clinical efficacy between the catgut implantation group and the hyperbaric oxygen group(P>0.05);Compared with the catgut implantation group and the hyperbaric oxygen group,the combined group had statistic difference in clinical efficacy(P<0.05),which produce the combined group was better than the catgut implantation group and the hyperbaric oxygen group,but there was no statistic difference in total effective rate between the three groups(P>0.05).ConclusionThe clinical efficacy of catgut implantation at acupoints combined with hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of patients with post-stroke insomnia is significantly better than the single application of catgut implantation at acupoints or hyperbaric oxygen,which can improve the quality of sleep,improve the ability of daily living,and improve the prognosis of stroke,and it is worthy of being recommended in future clinical practice. |
