ObjectiveThe blood uric acid,renal function,liver function,and blood lipids of rats were tested to observe the efficacy and safety of Jianpi Shenshi Jiedu Decoction in the treatment of hyperuricemia.MethodsSixty normal-grade male SD rats,weighing(200±20)g,6-8 weeks old,and their health conforms to the national health standards for general laboratory animal.Fifty rats were randomly selected to construct a hyperuricemia model,and the remaining 10 rats were not modeled.The modeling agent was potassium oxonate 1.5g/kg combined with adenine 50mg/kg,with the 0.5%sodium carboxymethyl cellulose solution to make mixed suspension.Sixty rats were split into normal control group,model group,Benzene bromide Malone positive control group,Jianpi Shenshi Jiedu decoction low-dose group,medium-dose group,and high-dose group,each with ten animals.The normal control group was given aqua water every morning and afternoon,the model group was intragastrically administered with the modeling agent every morning and aqua water every afternoon,Benzene Bromide Malone group and Jianpi Shenshi Jiedu Decoction groups were intragastrically administered with the modeling agent every morning and the same day in the afternoon for 21 day Blood uric acid was detected on the 7th and 14th day of administration.And blood uric acid,urea nitrogen,creatinine,alanine aminotransferase,glutamic oxalacetic transaminase,total cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein were detected on the 21th day of administration.Results1.In terms of SUA level:the SUA level of each treatment group is higher than that of the normal group,with statistical difference(P<0.001);the model group was higher SUA than the control group and the low,medium,and high-dose group,with statistical difference(P<0.001);The SUA of the control group was higher than that of the low,middle,and high-dose group,with statistical differences(P<0.001).2.Renal function:Cr levels of each treatment group were higher than the normal group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the Cr level of the model group was higher than the middle and high-dose groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The BUN level of each treatment group was higher than that of the normal group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the BUN level of the model group was statistically significant(P<0.05);The BUN level of the model group was higher than that of the Jianpi Shenshi Jiedu decoction low-dose group,medium-dose group,and high-dose group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Liver function:ALT levels in the low-dose,model and control groups were higher than those in the normal group,with statistical differences(P<0.05);ALT level in the model group was higher than the low,medium,and high-dose groups,with statistical differences(P<0.05).The AST index of the model group was higher than that of the high-dose group(P<0.05),and there was no statistical difference between the other groups(P>0.05).4.In terms of blood lipid metabolism:the TC levels of the model group and the control group were higher than the normal group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the TC levels of the model group were higher than the low,medium,and high-dose groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The TG index of the control group was higher than the other groups and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statistical difference between the other groups(P>0.05).The LDL-C index of the control group and the model group was higher than the normal group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the low,medium,and high-dose groups were lower than the model group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionJianpi Shenshi Jiedu Decoction significantly reduces the blood uric acid of hyperuricemia model rats,with obvious curative effect,while improving renal function and lipid metabolism,without significant damage to liver function,and good safety.
