Evaluation Of Tumor Markers CEA,CA199 And CA125 In The Diagnosis Of Lymph Node Metastasis From Lung Cancer

Objective:To investigate the expression of CEA,CA125and CA199 in serum of patients with benign lung nodules and malignant lung nodules and their diagnostic value for lymph node metastasis,and to investigate the correlation of tumor pathological types and the distribution of age in the two groups.Methods:236 inpatients with lung cancer(malignant pulmonary nodules group)admitted to the Department of Thoracic Surgery of Yunnan Tumor Hospital from January 2018 to May 2019 were selected,and 97 patients with benign pulmonary nodules(benign pulmonary nodules group)confirmed in the same period were selected.Serum CEA,CA125 and CA199 levels were measured by automatic chemiluminescence analyzer.To analyze the relationship between CEA,CA125,CA199 levels and pathological classification of malignant pulmonary nodules group and the diagnostic value of lymph node metastasis.Results:The age of malignant pulmonary nodules group(51.34±10.58 years old)was higher than that of benign pulmonary nodules group(55.60±9.74 years old)(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.The levels of CEA(9.29±17.85U/ml)and CA125(25.20±25.59U/ml)in the group with lymph node metastasis were higher than those in the group without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),and the differences were statistically significant.There were statistically significant differences in serum CA199 levels between squamous cell carcinoma and small cell carcinoma(P<0.05),and there were statistically significant differences in serum CEA levels between patients with different pathological types and patients with benign pulmonary nodules(P<0.05).Conclusions:CEA,CA125 and CA199 levels are highly expressed in patients with malignant pulmonary nodules,and CEA and CA125 levels are of certain predictive value for lymph node metastasis.
