BackgroundEndometrium Cancer(EC)is a common malignant tumor in gynecology. It is mainly composed of perimenopausal women, which can reach about 233 to 455 per 100,000people[1-2].In recent years, the 5-year survival rate of EC patients worldwide is less than35%[3-4].Although most EC patients can be diagnosed at an early stage,28%of EC patients are still at an advanced stage when they are diagnosed. Therefore, look for The effective testing methods for predicting lymph node metastasis of EC have become research hotspots. In recent years, human epididymal protein 4(HE4)and carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)have been associated with endometrial cancer. This study focused on exploring the value of combined detection of serum HE4 and CA125 in the assessment of lymph node metastasis in EC patients.ObjectiveTo explore the value of combined detection of serum HE4 and CA125 in predicting lymph node metastasis in patients with endometrial cancer, and provide a reference for clinical application.MethodsCollected the admission records and general nursing records of 91 patients who were diagnosed as endometrial cancer by the Department of Gynecology, the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical College from January 1,2018 to January 1,2020,and who underwent standardized surgical treatment. Methods, admission time, pathological results, expression levels of HE4 and CA125,etc.),aged 41 to 79 years,average(56.8±8.99)years old, according to surgical pathological staging(FIGO,2009)criteria:43 cases in stage I,24 in stage II,Cases,24 cases of stage III-IV,according to histological classification:verified by two pathology professors in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical College:G1 24 cases,G2 39 cases, and G3 28 cases.18 endometrial cancer patients with lymph node metastasis were set as the observation group, and 73endometrial cancer patients without lymph node metastasis were set as the control group.Analyze the levels of HE4 and CA125 in the observation group and the control group, and use the pathological results as the gold standard after surgery to compare the levels of HE4and CA125 to determine the accuracy of whether there is cancer metastasis to the lymph nodes in patients with endometrial cancer.Results1.The levels of CA125 and HE4 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Serum HE4 and CA125 levels are related to metastasis to lymph nodes, invasion to the muscle layer, depth of invasion, histological grade, and FIGO staging in patients with endometrial cancer(P<0.05).3.Serum HE4 and CA125 levels have nothing to do with whether the patients with endometrial cancer are menopausal, obese,or age(P>0.05).4.The sensitivity of CA125 for judging endometrial cancer lymph node metastasis is40.00%,and the negative predictive value is 75.34%;the sensitivity of HE4 is 76.19%,and the negative predictive value is 93.15;the combined detection of serum HE4 and CA125 is useful for understanding endometrial cancer patients,The sensitivity and negative predictive value of lymph node metastasis were 83.33%and 97.26%,respectively.The combined detection of the two is higher than the corresponding value of individual markers in assessing whether patients with endometrial cancer have lymph node metastasis.occurrence of lymph node metastasis sensitivity and negative predictive value of 83.33%,97.26%,respectively,to assess whether both the combined detection of endometrial cancer in patients with lymph node metastasis higher than those of a single marker.Conclusions1.Serum CA125 and HE4 levels are related to the severity of endometrial cancer and the assessment of prognosis.2.In judging whether patients with endometrial cancer have lymph node metastasis,HE4 can be used as a reference.3.The combined detection of serum HE4 and CA125 has a certain clinical reference value for the assessment of endometrial cancer lymph node metastasis.
