Compound Stilbene Eagle Granules Therapy For Diabetic Nerve Pathological Pain Yin Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome Of Clinical Observation

Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy of compound qiying granule in treating DP Npatients with Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods: a total of 59 patients with DNP with Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were selected from the hospital of traditional Chinese medicine of xinjiang uygur autonomous region.In the treatment group,29 patients took compound qiying granule(1 bag(7.5g/ bag),and took it orally three times a day before meals);in the control group,31 patients took ipastar(1 tablet(50mg)every time,and took it orally three times a day)for 4 weeks.Emg,fasting glucose,2h postprandial glucose,Oswestry disability index questionnaire(ODI)and visual analogue scale(VAS)were observed before and 3 days after treatment.Results: both treatment group and control group failed to improve fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2h blood glucose(P>0.05).VAS and ODI were improved in both treatment group and control group(P<0.05),but there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Median nerve(sensory)conduction velocity was improved in both treatment group and control group(P<0.05),but there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: compound qiying granule can relieve the neuropathic pain of diabetes mellitus,and its effect is similar to that of western medicine in improving median nerve(sensory).
