| Objectives:To investigate the situation of blood pressure and the detection rate of hypertension among Yi people in Shilin area of Kunming,Yunnan Province,and to explore the influencing factors of hypertension in this area,so as to provide the basis for the management of blood pressure and the prevention and control of hypertension in this area.Methods:Adopt the method of field measurements and questionnaire survey,a total of 370 cases of yi people in yunnan kunming,stone forest area as the research object,collect patients’ height,weight,in the upper arm circumference,triceps skinfold,calf circumference,waist hip circumference and blood routine physical examination data,such as liver and kidney function,blood lipid,thyroid function,fasting insulin levels(FINS),fasting plasma glucose(FPG),sex hormone and vitamin D(vitamin D),laboratory data,The basic information,lifestyle,disease and treatment of chronic diseases were collected by questionnaire.SPSS20.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the data,and the influential factors of hypertension in this area were analyzed by binary Logistic regression analysis.Results:1.Basic information:A total of 370 subjects were included in this study,aged 43-85 years old,with an average age of(62.48±8.70)years old,including 144(38.9%)males and 226(61.1%)females.The proportion with primary school education was the highest,at 50.3%,and the proportion with high school education or above was the lowest,at 5.4%.There were 301(81.35%)cases with spouses and 69(18.65%)cases without spouses.There were 83(22.43%)smokers and 287(77.57%)non-smokers.There were 91(24.59%)drinkers and 279(75.41%)non-drinkers.There were 69(18.65%)frequent tea drinkers and 301(81.35%)non-tea drinkers.There were 107(28.9%)patients with chronic diseases diagnosed by medical institutions,and 53 patients with chronic diseases other than hypertension were more than 1.2.Blood pressure:the mean systolic pressure(SBP)and diastolic pressure(DBP)of the subjects were(140.74±23.535)mmHg and(81.85±13.222)mmHg respectively.SBP and DBP of male were significantly higher than those of female.With the increase of age,SBP showed an upward trend,while DBP generally decreased.SBP and DBP of smokers and drinkers were higher than those of non-smokers and drinkers.The SBP and DBP of the subjects with or without chronic diseases were higher than those of those without chronic diseases.With the increase of BMI,SBP and DBP increased gradually,and SBP and DBP in obesity group were significantly higher than those in normal group.There was no significant difference between SBP and DBP in sleep time,tea drinking,history of coronary heart disease,history of diabetes and history of stroke.3.Detection of hypertension and high normal blood pressure:according to the diagnostic criteria of the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension(2018 Revised Edition),189 cases of hypertension were detected in this study,with a detection rate of about 51.08%.There were 103 cases of grade 1 hypertension,59 cases of grade 2 hypertension,and 27 cases of grade 3 hypertension.High normal blood pressure was detected in 124 cases,and the detection rate of high normal blood pressure was about 33.51%.Of all the cases with elevated blood pressure,89 cases(47.1%)had simple systolic hypertension.The detection rate of hypertension was the highest in the middle school group,while the detection rate of high normal blood pressure was the highest in the high school and above group.The detection rate of hypertension and high normal blood pressure in the drinking group was higher than that in the non-drinking group.The detection rate of hypertension in the group with chronic disease≥1 was higher than that in the group without chronic disease,while the detection rate of high normal blood pressure was lower than that in the group without chronic disease.There was no statistical significance in the detection rate of hypertension and high normal blood pressure among different genders,age groups,marital status,sleep time,smoking,tea drinking,history of coronary heart disease,history of diabetes,and history of stroke.4.The incidence of hypertension was taken as the dependent variable,and the variables with statistically significant differences in univariate analysis were taken as independent variables.Binary logistic regression analysis was used to discuss the results.The results showed that education level,number of chronic diseases,marital status,overweight or obesity,and UA were the influencing factors of hypertension in this area.Conclusions:1.The average values of SBP and DBP were(140.74±23.535)mmHg and(81.85±13.222)mmHg for Yi people in Changhu area of Shilin.There were differences in SBP and DBP among different genders,age,educational level,marital status,smoking,drinking,chronic disease number,BMI,etc.2.The detection rate of hypertension in Yi people in Changhu area of Shilin was about 51.08%,which was mainly grade 1 hypertension.The detection rate of high normal blood pressure was about 33.51%.The detection rates of hypertension and high normal blood pressure were different in education level,alcohol consumption,number of chronic diseases,etc.3.Education level,the number of chronic diseases,marital status,overweight or obesity,UA are the influencing factors of hypertension in this area.Therefore,active and effective measures should be taken to improve the blood pressure level and the incidence of hypertension in this area. |
