| ObjectiveTo investigate the current situation of in intensive care patients with acute stress disorder in Tangshan, and to explore the influencing factors of patients with acute stress disorder in intensive care in Tangshan,so as to provide theoretical basis for early prevention and intervention of acute stress disorder.Methods432 in the intensive care patients with acute stress disorder who met the inclusion criteria were enrolled by convenience sampling method in 4 tertiary class comprehensive hospitals in Tangshan from December 2019 to May 2020.Questionnaire survey was carried out by means of investigation and research.Stanford Acute Stress Reaction Questionnaire, general situation questionnaire,Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation System,Chinese ICU Environmental Stressor Scale,Eysenck Personality Questionnaire,Short Scale for Chinese-E scale,Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale,Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale, and Social Support Rating Scale were evaluation tools by face-to-face questionnaire survey.SPSS 22.0 was used for statistical analysis. The count data was described by the frequency and composition ratio(%),and the measurement data was described by the mean ± standard deviation.Single factor analysis uses single factor analysis of variance or t-test.AMOS 21.0 software was used to construct a path analysis model to test the relationship between each variable and acute stress disorder, and P value takes two-tailed test, the test level isα=0.05.Result1.The lowest score of Stanford Acute Stress Response Questionnaire for patients with acute stress disorder in intensive care was 40 points, the highest score of 111,and the average score of 78.91±21.995.2.Univariate analysis results showed that age, number of hospitalizations in ICU,gender, use of sedatives and analgesics, educational level, mechanical ventilation, personal monthly income and marital status had statistical significance on the scores of Stanford acute stress response questionnaire(P<0.05).3.Path analysis model showed that the regression coefficient of environmental pressure source path standardization was 0.129(P=0.019).The regression coefficient of disease severity path standardization was-0.239(P<0.001).The regression coefficient of anxiety path standardization was0.473(P<0.001).The regression coefficient of psychological elastic path normalization was-0.164(P=0.004).The total effect of personality on acute stress disorder was-0.681.The total effect of depression on acute stress disorder was 2.397.The total effect of social support on acute stress disorder was-0.111.ConclusionsTangshan acute stress disorder in intensive care patients with acute stress disorder at a high level.Age,number of hospitalizations in ICU,sex, use of sedatives and analgesics, educational level, mechanical ventilation, monthly income, and marital status were the influencing factors of acute stress disorder in intensive care patients.Anxiety and environmental stressors had positive effects on acute stress disorder in ICU patients. The severity of disease and mental resilience have a negative effect on acute stress disorder in ICU patients.Depression has indirect positive effect on ICU patients with acute stress disorder.Social support and personality have indirect negative effects on ICU patients with acute stress disorder. |
