Objective:To construct and continue to improve the hybrid teaching model of"Nursing Psychology" based on school-hospital cooperation formula.Methods:This research is carried out in four stages,namely,the current situation investigation stage,the action preparation stage,the action stage,and the reflection and summary stage.1.Application of literature review method,participatory observation method,group interview method(for data analysisColaizi’s seven-step analysis of descriptive phenomenology)and the Self-Learning Ability Scale(SDL)have fully participated in Investigation and analysis of the teaching status and existing problems of the 2016 undergraduate nursing students in the course of "Nursing Psychology".2.Set up an action research team during the action preparation stage to initially formulate solutions.3.In the action stage,three rounds of teaching actions are adopted:plan-action-observation/evaluation-reflection:the first round of teaching action targets 2017 undergraduate nursing students,using a semi-structured interview method(Nvivo11.0 software for data analysis)to analyze their responses For the needs of mixed teaching,SDL is used to further clarify the self-learning ability of nursing students;the teaching action is carried out according to the preliminarily formulated teaching mode,and the semi-structured interview method,evidence method and SDL are used to observe/evaluate the effect of teaching action,and reflect on the teaching operation There was a problem in the process.The second round of action teaching is targeted at nursing students in the 201 8-level specialty and midwifery class.Based on the first round of action reflection,the cognitive tools are adjusted,using group focus group interviews and satisfaction questionnaires to observe/evaluate their learning experience and courses Satisfaction,reflect on the problems to be solved in this round and the first and second rounds of teaching actions;the third round of teaching actions targets 2018 undergraduate nursing students.In the action,strengthen school-hospital cooperation,organize psychological nursing teaching rounds,and improve Teaching mode,using semi-structured interviews,evidence method,SDLobservation/evaluation of teaching action effects,and reflecting on the current round of teaching actions.4.Reflect on the summary stage,apply the inductive summary method,summarize the three rounds of teaching actions,and finally draw the conclusion of this researchs.Results:This study formed a hybrid teaching model of "Nursing Psychology" based on school-hospital cooperation.1.Current situation investigation stage:(1)The results of the literature review method and the participatory observation method show that the course adopts.Traditional classroom+multimedia teaching mode,single teaching method,nursing students passively accept the knowledge imparted by teachers in classstatus.(2)Analyze the interview data of nursing students on the learning experience of"NursingPsychology" to obtain 2 core categories:learning experience,learning status;4 theme groups:classroom learning experience,learning experience outside class,learning attitude,learning effect;8 Topics:limited teaching interaction,single teaching activities,traditional learning tools,teaching resources.Insufficient resources,insufficient learning enthusiasm,uneven distribution of learning time,single evaluation method,and not close to clinical contact.(3)The self-learning ability scale survey results show that the self-learning ability of 2016 nursing students needs to be improved.The total SDL score of nursing students and the scores of all dimensions except learning motivation are significantly lower than the domestic norm(P<0.05).(4)Teaching status and existing problems:the traditional teaching mode is single,and the information-based learning resources are lacking;the theory and practice are disconnected,and the clinical connection is not close;the learning status,effect and autonomous learning ability of nursing students need to be improved.2.Action preparation stage:Set up an action research team,and initially formulate a hybrid teaching model of "Nursing Psychology" based on school-hospital cooperation based on existing problems.3.Action stage:(1)The first round of action research:①The first round of action teaching has a mixed teaching demand for nursing students.The data analysis shows that there are 3 first-level codes:mixed teaching design,mixed teaching situation,emotional attitude,9 secondary codes:teaching arrangements,teaching strategies,teaching content,teaching evaluation,teaching resources,cognitive tools,positive attitudes,mixed attitudes,negative attitudes,11 three-level codes:guided and supervised learning,collaborative and exploratory learning,Situational learning,autonomous learning,evaluation methods,evaluation methods,basic resources,auxiliary resources,emotional response,strengthening abilities,and improving professionalism.②Analysis of the mixed teaching and learning experience of nursing students based on school-college cooperation shows that there are 3 primary codes:subjective experience,practical experience,and emotional experience;9 secondary codes:learning effect evaluation,learning suggestions,Teaching arrangements,teaching resources,teaching content,teaching evaluation,teaching strategies,cognitive tools,professional emotional response and perception;13 three-level codes:proficiency in psychological nursing skills,in-depth internalization of professional theoretical knowledge,online,online Appropriate integration of lower learning tasks,further update and enrichment of clinical scenario content,increased learning tasks,increased curriculum burden(negative experience),insufficient online learning,and insufficient use of resources(negative experience),linking learning content to clinical practice(positive experience),Rich evaluation methods,including use of classroom participation(positive experience),diversified learning strategies,multiple classroom interactions(positive experience),inconvenient use of online teaching platforms(negative experience),cultivating clinical thinking,looking forward to clinical practice,learning Think empathy,understand humanistic care,stimulate learning interest,and improve learning autonomy;③Before the teaching action,the total score and SDL scores of the nursing students in all dimensions are lower than the norm score.After the teaching action,the SDL total score is obtained All have been improved to a certain extent,except that the scores of the self-management dimension are not significantly different from the norm(p>0.05),and the SDL scores and total scores of the other dimensions are significantly higher than the domestic norm(P<0.01).③The course satisfaction score is 36.60±11.12 points.④Reflect on the problems in the cognitive tools in the teaching action,and adjust the cognitive tools to learn through in the second round of teaching actions.(2)The second round of action research:①The group interview analysis of learning experience based on the mixed teaching of "Nursing Psychology" carried out by Xue xi tong reveals that there are two core categories:positive experience and negative experience,and 8 themes:rich and diverse Classroom interaction function to improve classroom efficiency and accompanying learning.Learning evaluation,dynamic grasp of self-learning situation,simple and convenient use sense,helping to establish learning confidence and optimization.Learning methods to meet individual learning needs,the platform effectively integrates courses,alleviate the anxiety of home class,the Internet Influenced by network conditions,there is a stuttering phenomenon,an increase in the frequency of using entertainment apps,and distraction②Apply to.The satisfaction survey of the "Nursing Psychology" course shows that nursing students show an accepting attitude towards the use of the learning platform.The satisfaction of each item is greater than 80%.③Reflect on the unresolved teaching problems in the first and second rounds of teaching actions,Improve the teaching model and deepen school-institute cooperation.(3)The third round of teaching action research:①Based on school-institute cooperation.The learning experience interview materials of the hybrid teaching model are analyzed by three first-level codes:subjective experience,practice.Sexual experience,emotional experience.9 secondary codes:evaluation of learning effects,learning suggestions,teaching arrangements,teaching.Learning resources,teaching content,teaching evaluation,teaching strategies,cognitive tools,professional emotional response and perception;13A three-level code:effective transfer and utilization of psychological nursing skills,active exploration of professional theoretical knowledge,continuous improvement.New real-time professional learning resources,broadening of school-institute cooperation channels,reasonable arrangement of learning tasks,pleasant classroom atmosphere,Abundant learning resources are conducive to the expansion and consolidation of learning,the learning content is in line with the real clinical situation,and the evaluation methods are diversified.It also has continuity,high density of teaching interaction,enhanced classroom participation,convenient use,and conforms to learning habits,Improve learning initiative,understand humanistic care,cultivate clinical thinking,enhance professional identity,and longing for clinical.Internship,self-efficacy improvement ②The total score,learning motivation,planning and management of the 2018 nursing students before the teaching action.The average scores of management and self-management dimensions are less than the norm(p<0.05),and there are statistics for each dimension and total score before and after the action.The difference in learning(p<0.05)indicates that the total score of the autonomous learning ability of nursing students has been improved to a certain extent after the action.③The course satisfaction score is 42.1±8.63 points.Compared with the first round of teaching action,the nursing students’ full teaching of the course.The degree of intention has improved(p<0.01).4.Introspection and summary stage,(1)The summary and induction method operates from the effective teaching mode and enriches teaching resources.Summarize the results obtained in the three rounds of teaching actions;(2)Analyze the activity function of the mixed teaching practice.Cultivate the self-learning ability of nursing students,enhance learning motivation,and deepen the three main functions of the school-college cooperation mechanism.(3)Rethinking the existing problems and prospects of the hybrid model.Conclusion:The blended teaching of "Nursing Psychology" based on school-hospital cooperation optimizes the learning experience of nursing students,enhances the learning effect of nursing students,stimulates their interest in learning,is conducive to the cultivation of autonomous learning ability,and promotes the theory of nursing students Contact clinical practice to enhance their professional identity and effectively improve nursing students’ satisfaction with the course.
