Observation On The Efficacy Of Yunpi Qinggan Liqiao Decoction In The Treatment Of Tic Disorder(Heat Accumulation Of Spleen And Stomach) In Children

ObjectiveThe purpose of this study is to summarize and analyze the clinical study of Yunpi Qinggan Liqiao decoction in the treatment of children with tic disorder(tic disorder,TD),to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Yunpi Qinggan Liqiao decoction,and to objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy and drug safety of Yunpi Qinggan Liqiao decoction in the treatment of children with tic disorder(tic disorder,TD).To provide a new reference for the treatment of tic disorder in children.MethodsUsing prospective randomized controlled observation trial,72 children with tic disorder who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(n=36)and control group(n=36).The treatment group was treated with Yunpi Qinggan Liqiao decoction on the basis of routine nursing,and the control group was treated with tiapride hydrochloride on the basis of routine mursing.Patients in both groups were treated continuously for 60 days.One dose of traditional Chinese medicine was taken orally twice a day,and the dosage of western medicine was added or decreased according to the symptoms of the children.Evaluation of the two groups of patients before and after treatment of the American Yale Comprehensive tic severity scale(YGTSS)motor tic score,vocal tic score and YGTSS total score,TCM syndrome score,and compare the changes of the scale scores of the two groups,record the adverse reactions and evaluate the drug safety.Objective to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Yunpi Qinggan Liqiao decoction in the treatment of tic disorder in children.Results1.Comparison of basic data and observation indexes before treatment:there was no significant difference in sex,age,course of disease,score of exercise and vocal tic,total score of YGTSS and score of TCM symptoms between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups,indicating that there was comparability between the two groups.2.After treatment,the total score of YGTSS in the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment,but the decrease degree of YGTSS total score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),indicating that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving the total score of YGTSS.3.After treatment,the exercise tic score of the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.01),but the decrease degree of exercise tic score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The results showed that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving exercise tic score.4.After treatment,the vocal tic score of the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.01),but the decrease of vocal tic score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The results showed that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving the score of vocal tic.5.After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),but the decrease degree of TCM syndrome scores of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The results showed that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving the score of TCM symptoms.6.After the treatment of the two groups,the total effective rate was 83.33%in the treatment group and 53.94%in the control group.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).7.During the treatment period,there were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups.There were 2 shedding cases in the control group.Conclusion1.Yunpi Qinggan Liqiao decoction and oral Tiapride Hydrochloride can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of tic disorder in children.The clinical effects of the two groups are accurate,and the effective rate of Yunpi Qinggan Liqiao decoction is higher.2.Yunpi Qinggan Liqiao decoction has obvious curative effect,higher compliance and safety in the treatment of tic disorder in children,which is worthy of further clinical research and promotion.
