Objective:Childhood autism spectrum disorder(Autism spectrum disorder,ASD)is a widespread psychodevelopmental disorder caused by a variety of factors, with an incidence rate of 1% ~ 2%.Not only can it cause disability,it also brings a huge burden to the family and the society. Therefore, early identification and intervention for ASD are significant. Our study have compared and analyzed the influence of different factors on the intervention effect of children with ASD,and the aim of our study is to provide a reference for intervention training for children with ASD.Methods: 119 children aged 1 ~ 6 years who were diagnosed with ASD at Hunan Children’s Hospital from June 2020 to November 2020 were selected. All children’s general information and family rearing environment were collected by using a self-made questionnaire and the family rearing environment scale, and the autism behavior evaluation was carried out through the Clancy Autism Behavior Scale(CABS).After 3months of intervention training, the CABS scale was used again to evaluate the behavior of all subjects.Compare the effects of different ages, genders, family environment-related factors, training methods, and training duration on the intervention effects.Results:1.There were no significant differences in age and gender among children with ASD aged 1 ~ 6 years old(P>0.05);the intervention effect of ASD children who were not the only children were better than that of the only children(P=0.003 <0.01).2.Parentts education, whether chidren live with their grandparents, and the area of residence had no effect on the intervention effect(P>0.05);parental emotions(P=0.021<0.05),family’s monthly income(P=0.002< 0.01),and main dependents(P=0.010 < 0.05),family nurturing environment(P=0.001 > 0.01)all showed impact on the intervention effect.3.Training methods and training duration had significant differences in the intervention effects(P=0.000<0.001),and the joint training group and those with a training duration of 3 ~ 5 hours per day witnessed the best intervention effects.4.Logistic regression analysis of improvement showed that raining duration(OR=5.701,95%CI: 1.121 ~ 29.001)and language ability improvement were significantly positively correlated; That the main fosterers were parents + grandparents(OR=8.69,95%CI: 1.891 ~ 39.943)and mother(OR=8.532,95%CI: 2.074 ~ 35.111),family’s monthly income(OR=2.121,95%CI: 1.208 ~ 3.724)were postively correlated with the improvement of social communication ability. That the joint training of institutions and families(OR=6.105,95%CI: 1.226 ~ 30.397)and monthly household income(OR=2.101,95%CI: 1.214 ~ 3.638)were significantly positively correlated with the improvement of sensory and cognitive ability.Conclusion:1.Harmonious parental relationship,non-only child, family’s monthly income, good family nurturing environment, joint training of institutions and families, and training time of 3 ~ 5 hours and above are positive factors for the effect of ASD children’s intervention.2.Training duration is positively related to the improvement of language ability, and family’s monthly income is positively related to the improvement of social communication ability and sensory cognitive ability,Joint training has the best effect on the improvement of sensory and cognitive abilities, and the intervention on ASD children raised by their ancestors shows the worst effect.
