Research On Wumei Wan Prescription And Syndrome Based On Ancient And Modern Documents

In recent years,with the gradual increase in the incidence of chronic diseases,the treatment of chronic diseases by traditional Chinese medicine has received more and more attention from clinicians.As a representative classic prescription,Wumei wan has a unique conception and profound formula,which is in line with the pathogenesis of clinical chronic diseases and difficult miscellaneous diseases.Therefore,the application of this prescription in chronic diseases and difficult miscellaneous diseases has gradually increased and achieved remarkable results.Based on ancient and modern literature and data mining techniques,this study thoroughly explores the composition and efficacy characteristics of Wumei wan,restores the origin of Wumei wan syndromes and treatments;further excavates and perfects the existing prescriptions and syndromes diagnosis basis of Wumei wan,and summarizes the indications for the application of Wumei wan,Provide theoretical and clinical basis for the clinical application of Wumei wan in the treatment of chronic diseases and intractable diseases.Research objective:1 Through literature research and theoretical analysis,elaborate the formulas and prescriptions of Wumei wan,analyze the characteristics and efficacy of the main prescription of Wumei wan,summarize the theoretical basis of modern clinical application of Wumei wan.2Through data mining technology and analysis of modern medical cases,this paper summarized the clinical syndrome treatment rules of Wumei wan,improved the diagnosis basis of Wumei wan prescription,and provided the basis for clinical rational application of Wumei wan in the treatment of chronic diseases and difficult and miscellaneous diseases.Research method:The first part:Through literature research,through the review of ancient and modern literature,comb through the evolution of the understanding process of ancient doctors to Wumei wan and the research status of Wumei wan.The second part:Theoretical research,starting from the pathogenesis analysis of Jueyin disease,discusses around Wumei wan as the main prescription of Jueyin disease with mixed cold and heat syndrome,summarizes the characteristics of the treatment of Wumei wan.The third part:By collecting modern medical records of Wumei wan,constructing a database of modern medical records of Wumei wan,number of uses the digging technology is related to Wumei wan disease,to further explore the diagnostic basis of Wumei wan prescription.The fourth part:Analysis of modern medical cases,summarize the experience of using Wumei wan.Research results:1 Wumei wan is a combination of acid-receiving powder,pungent to relieve bitterness,cold and heat,dredging wood,thinning wood and filling soil.Therefore,this article believes that Wumei wan is a cause of Jueyin disease main party.2The rule of syndrome and treatment of Wumei wan used by modern doctors:Unformed stool,diarrhea,cold hands and feet,thirsy,stomachache,reduced desire to eat,fatigue,bitter mouth.② Red tongue and the tongue coating is thin and yellow or thick and greasy.③The pulse thin and string.3Indications for use of Wumei wan:①Digestive system symptoms are the main symptoms,at the same time accompanied by emotional abnormality is particularly suitable.②The main characteristics of pathogenesis are stasis of spleen and stomach.③Chronic diseases,difficult and complicated diseases,the nature of the disease is a mixture of cold and heat,cold more hot less.④Tongue red coating thin yellow or thick greasy,The pulse is chord length.
