Study On The Anti-epidemic Model Of Internet Plus Social Work Under COVID-19

Since the 18th National Congress of the Party,the Ministry of Civil Affairs has actively used Internet technology and information technology to promote the development of professional social work,and has achieved remarkable results.The"Internet Social Organization(Social Work,Voluntary Service)" action plan and the"Special Action Plan for Cultivating and Developing Community Social Organizations(2021-2023)" have played a guiding role in the prevention and control of the epidemic.In order to implement General Secretary Present Xi’s important instructions on the prevention and control of the new crown epidemic situation,social work organizations use Internet technology and cooperate with all kinds of social organizations to actively participate in the work related to the prevention and control of the epidemic situation.Organize online platform service,set up social worker assistance hotline,make up for offline service limitation in time.Social workers effectively use Internet technology,during the epidemic prevention and control period,provided effective difficult relief,rights and interests maintenance,resource links,relationship debugging,psychological counseling and other services.Reflecting on and summing up the experience of epidemic service is of great significance to the social adaptability and professional development of social work.Based on the theory of social capital,this paper uses the interview method and questionnaire to understand the service participation of social workers during the new epidemic,and summarizes the problems of the existing "Internet social work" model:the social recognition of social work value is not high,the isolation between social organization and emergency subject is strong,the response ability of social work organization is different,the personal ability of social worker is insufficient,the service process faces ethical challenge,and the management of social work under the epidemic situation is passive.Through the analysis of the above problems,on the basis of discussing the principles of professional social work,the principle of joint participation of multiple subjects,the operation mechanism of combining theory with practice,and the cooperative norms of Internet and social work ethics,this paper puts forward the optimization path of the traditional mode:trust construction,clarity of multiple action subjects,and standardization of duties.And through the writing of the small group work intervention plan in the case of social work practice,it makes explanatory support,and constructs a new "Internet social work" anti-epidemic model from the perspective of social capital theory.This model enriches the modern significance of social capital and is an important tool to strengthen trust among social organizations and promote the localization of social work.Although the new anti-epidemic model has important theoretical significance to the social norms in the post-epidemic period,it has reference significance for the development of emergency work in social work.However,the disadvantages of Internet application challenge the service environment,and the emergency service of social workers is not completely dominant.With the immaturity of technical tools and use,social work still has a long way to go in the process of integration and professional development with the Internet.
