| Objective:To understand the health status of medical staff in Yantai Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College,find out the influencing factors of medical staffs health,and explore the social demographic factors that affect the working time intensity,so as to put forward countermeasures and suggestions on reasonably arranging working time of medical staff and improving health of medical staff,and maintain medical staff The health of the staff and the improvement of the medical and health quality.Methods:Through stratified cluster sampling method,400 medical staff from Yantai Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College were selected as the research object,and questionnaire survey was conducted.The main contents of the questionnaire include:basic information,health status,working and sleeping time,lifestyle,and evaluation of occupational satisfaction.The collected survey data were recorded and sorted out by EpiData 3.1,and descriptive statistical analysis,Mann Whitney U test,Kruskal Wallis h test,multiple logistic regression and Spearman correlation analysis were conducted by SPSS 25.0 software.Results:(1)146(39.7%)had good self-rated health,187(50.8%)had general self-rated health,and 35(9.5%)had bad self-rated health.(2)The results of univariate analysis showed that 13 factors may affect the evaluation of health status of medical staff(P<0.05),including workplace,occupation,marriage,age,education level,work pressure,working time,meal situation,drinking,physical exercise,staying up late,sleeping time and sleep disorders.(3)The results of single factor analysis showed that there were 7 factors(P<0.05)that might affect the working time of medical staff,including gender,education level,marital status,Department,occupation,income level and workplace.(4)The results of correlation analysis showed that education(P=0.026<0.05),marriage(P=0.000<0.05),occupation(P=0.000<0.05),monthly income(P=0.037<0.05),sub-health symptoms(P=0.000<0.05)and other variables were positively correlated with self-rated health status;staying up late(P=0.000<0.05),sleep time(P=0.004<0.05),sleep disorders(P=0.000<0.05),work pressure(P=0.00 0<0.05)and other variables were negatively correlated with self-rated health status.(5)The results of multiple logistic regression showed that marriage,physical exercise,work pressure and sleep disorders were the important factors affecting the health of medical staff.Conclusion:It is found that the overall health status of medical staff is poor.Multiple Logistic regression showed that marriage,physical exercise,work pressure and sleep disorder were the important factors affecting the health of medical staff.Hospital managers should take reasonable measures to reduce the work pressure of medical staff,strengthen the physical exercise of medical staff,and improve the sleep quality of medical staff.In the basic demographic characteristics of individuals,gender,education level,education background,marriage,occupation and work departments all affect the working hours of medical staff.Hospital managers can reasonably arrange the working hours of medical staff according to different situations to reduce the workload of medical staff. |
