| Objective:The purpose of this study is to investigate the most scientific and effective way of airway moist in patients with laryngeal cancer by comparing the effects of intermittent atomizatio inhalation,self-control analgesia pump continuous drip endotracheal and artificial nose, providing the more comfortable airway wet method and the basis for standard airway management of postoperative laryngeal cancer patients, and further improving the quality of airway nursing. Methods:In this experiment,120 cases of laryngeal cancer patients(including throat cut and completely resection and tracheotomy patients),using the convenience sampling methods, choosing January 2018 and January 2020 in otolaryngology of one top three hospital in Binzhou city, were randomly divided into three groups, respectively the intermittent atomization inhalation,self-control analgesia pump continuous drip and artificial nasal endotracheal airway moist. The airway humidification effect, daily sputum aspiration frequency, complications and patients’ comfort level of the three groups were compared and analyzed statistically.SPSS23.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis, and got the conclusions.Results:(1)Airway humidification effect:The effect of airway humidification in the artificial nasal group was weaker than that of the other two groups(P<0.05)at the first 3 days after surgery, and there was no statistical difference among them after 3 days(P>0.05).And the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the humidification effect between the intermittent atomization inhalation group and the self-control analgesia pump continuous intratracheal drip group(P>0.05).(2)Airway complications:the incidence of airway complications in the intermittent atomization inhalation group was significantly lower than that in the other two groups, but the differences among the three groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).(3)The daily number of sputum suction:the three groups were statistically difference in daily number of sputum suction(P<0.05).The daily number of sputum suction in the artificial nose group was more than the other two groups(P<0.05),while the other groups no statistical difference(P>0.05).(4)The patient’s subjective comfort:the three groups were statistically difference in The patient’s subjective comfort(P<0.05).The comfort of intermittent atomization inhalation group was obviously better than self-control analgesia pump continuous drip endotracheal group, there was statistically difference(P<0.05);the artificial nose group was weaker than other two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)In the early postoperative period of laryngeal cancer patients, intermittent atomization inhalation and automatic control analgesia pump continuous instillation into the trachea of the two groups had high satisfaction with airway humidification, and the humidification effect was better than that of the artificial nose group. However, with the extension of postoperative time, the artificial nose could also achieve a satisfactory state of humidification.(2)The incidence of airway complications of intermittent atomization inhalation was significantly lower than that of the other two groups, but there was no statistical difference among the three groups.(3)With the prolonging of postoperative time, the daily sputum aspiration times of the three different airway humidification methods were gradually reduced, but intermittent atomization inhalation was more effective than the other two groups in reducing the daily sputum aspiration times after surgery.(4)Intermittent atomization inhalation can improve the comfort level of patients, which is conducive to the postoperative activities of patients, and the acceptance degree of patients and their families is good, and was significantly better than the other two groups. |
