ObjectiveTo exPlore the effect of systemic functional exercise on abdominal distention of Patients with ovarian cancer after oPeration,to analyze the effect of different frequency of systemic functional exercise on reducing abdominal distension of Patients with ovarian cancer after oPeration,to find the best frequency of functional exercise,and to Provide theoretical basis for reducing PostoPerative abdominal distension of ovarian cancer.MethodUsing convenient sampling,convenient selection of 50 Patients with ovarian cancer admitted in a university affiliated hosPital(Grade 3A HosPital)from June 2018 to December 2018 as the control grouP(D),the control grouP was given routine nursing after oPeration,mainly including Psychological nursing,diet nursing,drainage tube nursing,urethral catheter nursing,activity nursing,Pain nursing and comPlications nursing,etc.150 Patients admitted in a university affiliated hosPital(Grade 3 A HosPital)from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the exPerimental grouP,which were divided into S1,S2 and S3 grouPs according to the order of hosPitalization.The exPerimental grouP was given systematic functional exercise on the basis of routine nursing.The frequency of S1,S2 and S3 grouPs was 2/day,3/day and 4/day,resPectively.The order of systemic exercise was carried out from toP to bottom,i.e.30 minutes of false feeding and 15 minutes of abdominal massage followed by 15 minutes of hiP lift.The duration of each exercise is 30 minutes.to comPare the differences of bowel sound recovery time,first exhaust time,first stool time,abdominal distention degree,PostoPerative comfort in 4 grouPs.Results(1)Intestinal sound recovery time:the PostoPerative intestinal sound recovery time of the four grouPs was statistically analyzed.The PostoPerative intestinal sound recovery time of the control grouP was(55.06±2.49)h,and the PostoPerative intestinal sound recovery time of the exPerimental grouP S1,S2 and S3 were(53.14±2.25)h,(41.33±2.14)h,and(40.82±2.01)h,resPectively.The results showed that F=10.445,P=0.013,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).LSD test was used for Pairwise comparison between grouPs.The results showed that there was no statistically significant difference between experimental grouP S1 and control grouP,and between exPerimental grouP S3 and S2(P>0.05).Pairwise comParison between other grouPs showed statistically significant difference(P<0.05).(2)First exhaust time:the first exhaust time of the Patients in the four grouPs was statistically analyzed.The first PostoPerative exhaust time of the control grouP was(60.26±4.05)h,and the first PostoPerative exhaust time of the exPerimental grouP S1,S2 and S3 were(57.07±3.88)h,(38.49±3.98)h,and(37.16±4.08)h,resPectively.The variance test showed that F=10.356,P=0.002,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).LSD test was used for Pairwise comParison between grouPs.The results showed that,comPared with the control grouP,exPerimental grouP S1 showed no statistically significant difference between exPerimental grouP S3 and exPerimental grouP S2(P>0.05),while Pairwise comParison between other grouPs showed statistically significant difference(P<0.05).(3)First bowel movement time:the first bowel movement time of the four grouPs was statistically analyzed,the first bowel movement time of the control grouP was(84.49±5.12)h,and the first bowel movement time of the exPerimental grouP S1,S2 and S3 were(81.34±4.68)h,(66.84±4.65)h,and(65.63±4.47)h,resPectively.According to the analysis of variance,F=18.506,P=0.003,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).LSD test was used for Pairwise comParison between grouPs.The results showed that,comPared with the control grouP,exPerimental grouP S1 showed no statistically significant difference between exPerimental grouP S3 and exPerimental grouP S2(P>0.05),while Pairwise comParison between other grouPs showed statistically significant difference(P<0.05).(4)Abdominal distension 48h after surgery:chi-square test was Performed for abdominal distension 48 hours after surgery in the four grouPs of Patients,and the total abdominal distension results showed that x2=4.031,P=0.028,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Chi-square test was used for Pairwise comParison between grouPs.The results showed that,comPared with the control grouP,exPerimental grouP S1 showed no statistically significant difference between exPerimental grouP S3 and exPerimental grouP S2(P>0.05),while Pairwise comParison between other grouPs showed statistically significant difference(P<0.05).(5)PostoPerative abdominal distension at 72 hours:chi-square test was Performed on the PostoPerative abdominal distension at 72 hours in the four grouPs of Patients,and the results of total abdominal distension showed that x2=3.301,P=0.017,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Chi-square test was used for Pairwise comParison between grouPs.The results showed that,comPared with the control grouP,exPerimental grouP S1 showed no statistically significant difference between exPerimental grouP S3 and exPerimental grouP S2(P>0.05),while Pairwise comParison between other grouPs showed statistically significant difference(P<0.05).(6)PostoPerative comfort:the data of the four grouPs of Patients were statistically analyzed.The total PostoPerative comfort score of the control grouP was(67.96±6.16),and the total PostoPerative comfort score of S1,S2 and S3 in the exPerimental grouP was(75.88±6.43),(97.81±5.28),and(99.70±5.21),resPectively.Single-factor variance test was used,and the results showed that the difference was statistically significant in the total score of PostoPerative comfort score and the scores of Physiological,Psychological and environmental dimensions(P<0.05).The difference was not statistically significant in the PostoPerative social dimension score between the four grouPs(P>0.05).LSD test was used for Pairwise comParison between grouPs.The results showed that,comPared with the control grouP,exPerimental grouP S1 showed no statistically significant difference between exPerimental grouP S3 and exPerimental grouP S2(P>0.05),while Pairwise comParison between other grouPs showed statistically significant difference(P<0.05).(7)Nursing satisfaction:a statistical analysis was conducted on the nursing satisfaction of Patients in the four grouPs.The nursing satisfaction of Patients in the three grouPs of the experimental grouP was 92%,98%and 98%,and that of Patients in the control grouP was 78%Chi-square test results showed that χ2=5.3 16,P=0.021,and the exPerimental grouP was significantly higher than the control grouP,with significant difference(P<0.05).Chi-square test was used for Pairwise comParison between grouPs.The results showed that the differences between the three grouPs of the exPerimental grouP and the control grouP were statistically significant(P<0.05)However,Pairwise comParison between the three grouPs of the exPerimental grouP was not statistically significant(P>0.05)Conclusions(1)Systemic sexual function exercise can shorten the recovery time of bowel sounds,the first exhaust and defecation time of Patients with ovarian cancer after surgery,which can helP Patients recover as soon as Possible,reduce abdominal distension,obtain higher comfort,and imProve Patients’ nursing satisfaction.(2)Systematic functional exercise three times a day is the best exercise frequency for Patients with ovarian cancer to relieve abdominal distension and Promote recovery of intestinal function after oPeration.
