Objective: To explore the effect of different exercise training methods on the symptoms, quality of life and endurance of patients with peripheral artery disease,to improve the rehabilitation effect of patients with peripheral artery disease, and to provide a diverse, comprehensive and holistic rehabilitation nursing exercise program for clinical treatment and nursing. Methods: 87 patients with middle-aged and elderly peripheral artery disease were randomly divided into control group,Buerger exercise group and Baduanjin group.Give routine care, routine care Buerger exercise, routine care Baduanjin,5 times a week,30 minutes each time,a total of 12 weeks.before and after the intervention, the subjects were evaluated for health-related quality of life, pain sensation, body inflammation level, walking ability by using the MOS item short from health survey, pain visual analogue scale, serum inflammatory factor c reactive protein test, and 6-minute walking test were used to evaluate the health-related quality of life, pain sensation, body inflammation level, walking ability of PAD patients. After the intervention was completed, the statistical analysis of each observation index was carried out using SPSS22.0 statistical software.Results:1.Patients in the baseline situation: Three groups of patients at the baseline, the difference in the results of each index measurement was not statistically significant,P>0.05,which was comparable.2.Patient participation in training: As in 87 patients,7 patients fell off for personal reasons,a total of 80 patients participated in the whole process.Among them, control group 29,Buerger group 26,Baduanjin group 25.according to the study design, each patient in the Buerger group and the Baduanjin group should be trained 60 times during the study period, and the actual number of training was 58.71±2.32 times. In the course of intervention,no adverse events related to exercise occurred.3.The improvement of walking ability: Compared with before the self-intervention,the patients in the Buerger group and the Baduanjin group had an improvement in walking distance of 6 minutes,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant;the walking distance before and after intervention in the control group was not statistically significant,P>0.05.After intervention, the Buerger group was more than the other two groups in walking distance,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.4.The improvement of pain sensation: Compared with before the self-intervention,the VAS scores of Buerger group and Baduanjin group were decreased,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;the difference of VAS scores before and after intervention in the control group was not statistically significant,P>0.05.After intervention, the VAS score of the Buerger group was lower than that of the other two groups,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.5.The improvement of body inflammatory level: Compared with before the self-intervention,the difference of serum CRP content in control group and Buerger group was not statistically significant,P>0.05;after intervention, the serum CRP content in Baduanjin group was lower than that in the other two groups,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.6.The improvement of health-related quality of life:(1)Compared with the self-intervention,the scores of Buerger group and Baduanjin group were improved in the eight dimensions of SF-36 questionnaire,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;the scores of the control group were improved in the six dimensions of role physica1,bodily pain, general health, vitality, social function and emotional function,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;and there was no statistical difference in the other two dimensions,P>0.05.(2)In the aspect of physiological health: after intervention, the scores of Buerger group in the two dimensions of physiological function and bodily pain were higher than those in the Baerger group and the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;the scores of Buerger group and Baerger group in role physica1 and general health dimension were not statistically significant,P>0.05.(3)In the aspect of mental health: after intervention, the score of Baduanjin group in 2 dimensions of social function and mental health was better than that of Buerger group and control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Buerger exercise and Baduanjin have good rehabilitation effect on the physical health and mental health of patients with peripheral artery disease. Both exercise methods can be applied to the clinical nursing of peripheral artery disease. However, the focus of rehabilitation is different.Buerger exercise focuses on improving lower limb symptoms, walking ability and physical function, which can effectively relieve lower limb pain and prolong walking distance, while Baduanjin focuses on improving the inflammatory state and mental and mental health of patients, effectively reducing the level of inflammation in patients, and improving their anxiety and depression. |
