A Meta-analysis Of The Clinical Effect Of Supplementing Qi,Activating Blood Circulation And Inducing Diuresis Therapy On Chronic Heart Failure

Objectives: To evaluate the clinical effect of benefiting Qi,promoting blood circulation and inducing diuresis therapy combined with western medicine on chronic heart failure.Methods: A randomized controlled clinical study on the treatment of chronic heart failure with the method of benefiting Qi,promoting blood circulation and inducing diuresis was collected by searching electronic databases from January 1,2009 to June 1,2019 through the retrieval of CNKI,CBM,Wanfang Data knowledge service platform,VIP Chinese journal service platform,Pub Med and other electronic databases.Revman 5.3 statistical software was used to analyze the total effective rate,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP),six-minute walk test(6MWT)and Minnesota Heart Failure Quality of life questionnaire.Results:A total of 1037 patients were enrolled in 14 clinical RCTs,including 522 cases in the experimental group(Traditional Chinese medicine combined with Western Medicine)and 515 cases in the control group(Western Medicine).The results of meta analysis showed that: compared with the control group,the total effective rate [OR=4.30,95%CI(2.88,6.42),P<0.00001],left ventricular ejection fraction [WMD=4.94,95%CI(3.21,6.67),P<0.00001] and the 6-min walking test distance [WMD=51.91,95%CI(29.17,74.66),P<0.00001] significantly improved;TCM syndrome integral[WMD=-3.01,95%CI(-4.12,-1.90),P<0.00001],left ventricular end diastolic diameter[WMD=-3.51,95%CI(-5.24,-1.79),P<0.0001],BNP level[WMD=-120.38,95%CI(-158.46,-82.30),P<0.00001],Minnesota score [WMD=-5.65,95%CI(-6.86,-4.45),P<0.00001] decreased clearly.There are statistical difference between the two groups.Conclusion: Western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine of benefiting qi,promoting blood circulation and promoting water can increase the clinical effect,reduce the syndrome integral of traditional Chinese medicine,increase the ejection fraction and the distance of 6-minute walking test,reduce the end diastolic diameter of left ventricle and BNP content,and improve the quality of life of patients with heart failure.
