Background: PCI surgery is one of the main methods to treat coronary heart disease with small trauma, quick recovery and good effect, but it can only mechanically dredge blocked blood vessels, can not reverse the biological process of coronary atherosclerosis, and can not eliminate risk factors.Cardiac rehabilitation refers to the effective relief of side effects of coronary heart disease patients through various intervention methods, improve cardiac function, and make patients return to normal life.Exercise rehabilitation is the cornerstone of the five major prescriptions of cardiac rehabilitation, the use of foreign cardiac rehabilitation has been relatively mature, but domestic related research is still in the early stage of development, for coronary heart disease PCI postoperative patients with motor rehabilitation still have no exact unified rehabilitation plan and standard.hence, the purpose of this study was to explore the changes of exercise tolerance, cardiac function level, sleep quality and psychology of patients after PCI operation with different exercise modes, and to provide scientific basis for the establishment of exercise rehabilitation programs in the future. Objectives: To try to compare the therapeutic effect of different exercise regimens;Discuss the change of each index of patients with coronary heart disease PCI from hospitalization to 3 months after discharge. Methods: From October 2018 to October 2019,104 patients with elective PCI of coronary heart disease treated in a Grade 3A hospital were selected to be completely randomly divided into control group, walking group and breathing exercise group. All three groups included routine nursing, and the control group did not require exercise, and the two experimental groups carried out corresponding exercise methods. After 3 months,six-minute walking test, left ventricular ejection fraction,Pittsburgh sleep quality score, depression and anxiety score were reviewed. Results: 1.After intervention increased to a certain extent, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between the respiratory exercise group and the control group was more significant, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The difference between the respiratory exercise group and the other two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the group of breathing exercise and walking, the left ventricular ejection fraction was improved to some extent, which was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The sleep quality of the three groups was improved after the trial, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the control group, the improvement effect of the other two groups was more obvious, and the improvement effect of sleep quality in the breathing exercise group was more obvious than that in the walking group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Compared with the control group, the respiratory exercise group and the walking group before and after the experiment showed a certain decrease(P<0.05).Meanwhile,compared with the walking group, the effect of relieving depression in the breathing exercise group was better than that in the walking group(P<0.05).5.It was found that the anxiety scores of the three groups did not change significantly before and after the experiment, showing no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion: Breathing exercise training can increase the exercise tolerance of patients with coronary heart disease PCI after operation, improve the level of cardiac function, improve the sleep quality of patients, relieve the symptoms of depression, and the degree of psychological anxiety of patients with coronary heart disease after elective PCI operation is not obvious.
