Objective: In order to evaluate the clinical efficacy and feasibility of TCM rehabilitation program, the patients with chronic heart failure(qi deficiency, blood stasis, phlegm turbidity and obstruction of collaterals)were treated with TCM rehabilitation program. Methods:Using a prospective randomized controlled study,108 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into three groups: control group, treatment group 1 and treatment group 2,each group 36.The control group was given western medicine basic treatment;the treatment group 1 was given western medicine basic treatment traditional Chinese medicine, the treatment group 2 was given western medicine basic treatment traditional Chinese medicine sports rehabilitation treatment, the course of treatment was 4 weeks,follow-up 3 months, observe before and after treatment NT-proBNP,EF value,6 minutes walking distance,Minnesota heart failure quality of life scale,TCM symptom score,follow-up of patients after the group, record cardiovascular events and the number of re-hospitalization,the data were calculated by SPSS 23.0 statistical analysis software.Results:(1)Response cardiac function indicators :1 three groups of patients after NT-proBNP treatment were improved P?0.05,compared between groups, treatment group 1 and control group difference was not statistically significant P ? 0.05;treatment group 2compared with control group, treatment group 1,the difference was statisticallysignificant P?0.05.There was no significant difference before and after EF treatment P?0.05 in the control group and in the treatment group 1 and treatment group 2.between groups, treatment group 2 and treatment group 1 had significant difference P?0.05.(2)Indicators of response exercise tolerance: there was no significant increase in walking distance of 6 minutes after treatment in the control group P?0.05,and there was an improvement in treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 P?0.05.After treatment, there was significant difference between treatment group 2 and treatment group 1 P?0.05;total effective rate was 57.6% in treatment group 1 and 72.7% in treatment group 2.(3)TCM syndrome score: there was no significant difference between the control group before and after treatment P?0.05,the difference between treatment group 1and treatment group 2 was statistically significant P ? 0.05;after treatment, the difference between treatment group 2 and treatment group 1 was statistically significant P?0.05;was 75.8% in treatment group 1 and 93.9% in treatment group 2.(4)Minnesota quality of life score: after treatment, the three groups of patients with physical status, emotional changes, other situation scores were lower than before P?0.05;compared between groups, treatment 2 groups were better than control group, treatment 1group P ? 0.05,the difference between control group and treatment 1 group was not significant P?0.05.(5)After 3 months of follow-up,the number of re-hospitalizations in the control group was 7(20.6%),3 in the treatment group(9.7%),0 in the treatment group 2,and the difference in the re-hospitalization rate in the three groups was statistically significant P?0.05;none of the patients in the three groups had cardiovascular and death events.Conclusion:1.western medicine basic treatment group, western medicine plus traditional Chinese medicine treatment group, western medicine plus traditional Chinese medicine combined with exercise rehabilitation treatment group can significantly improve the NT-proBNP level and quality of life of patients with chronic heart failure of coronary heartdisease. The exercise rehabilitation treatment group is more effective than the western medicine basic treatment group and the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group.2.western medicine plus traditional Chinese medicine treatment group, western medicine plus traditional Chinese medicine combined with exercise rehabilitation treatment group can improve the EF value, exercise tolerance,TCM syndrome score of patients with chronic heart failure of coronary heart disease. The exercise rehabilitation treatment group is superior to the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group, and the effect of the western medicine basic treatment group is not obvious.3.western medicine plus traditional Chinese medicine combined with exercise rehabilitation treatment group can reduce the rate of re-hospitalization and mortality of patients with chronic heart failure of coronary heart disease and have safety.4.overall,the traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation scheme of western medicine plus Chinese medicine combined with rehabilitation treatment has remarkable effect in improving cardiac function,TCM syndromes, improving exercise endurance and quality of life, which is superior to the basic treatment of western medicine and the treatment of western medicine plus traditional Chinese medicine, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
