With the rapid development of the Internet,the combination of Internet finance and Chinese charity causes the emergence of public crowdfunding on the Internet for serious diseases.Network public welfare crowdfunding of serious illness makes up for the deficiency of traditional charity,and plays a more and more important role in Chinese charity.However,there are also many cases of fraudulent donation.The emergence of risk has seriously hit people’s enthusiasm for donation.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the risk of network public welfare crowdfunding and establish a risk prevention and control system to ensure the healthy development of network public welfare crowdfunding.Due to the imperfect national policies on the macro level,insufficient supervision measures on the micro-disease network public welfare crowdfunding platform on the microlevel,and the deceitful behavior of helpers has led to the lack of donors’ trust in the platform and even the public welfare crowdfunding,which makes it difficult to sustain and seriously Endanger the well-being of the entire social group.The thesis takes the risk of public welfare crowdfunding as a research object through empirical analysis,and studies the influencing factors of the risk of public welfare crowdfunding as a result of empirical analysis.Based on this,it proposes relevant risk prevention measures to reduce the risk.Firstly,the concepts of public welfare crowdfunding and critical public welfare crowdfunding risks are defined,and related theories such as herd effect and risk management are analyzed.Secondly,it summarizes the current status and risks of the development of Internet philanthropy crowdfunding.It mainly analyzes the overall operation of public welfare crowdfunding for major diseases,and specifically elaborates the risks of public welfare crowdfunding from four perspectives: platform,donors,helpers and relevant government departments.For example,there is an audit risk where the authenticity of the information is difficult to ensure;the legal and moral risks of fraudulent donations and fraudulent donations by the applicants;the regulatory risks of unknown funds use,etc.Then,from the four major influencing factors: lack of government supervision,donors’ judgment errors,lack of platform’s self-control mechanism,and the credibility of helpers,the influential factors questionnaire was designed based on the focus,and factor analysis and regression were performed on the obtained data.Empirical analysis such as analysis.Then build a model and use system dynamics to simulate and analyze the countermeasures of the public health crowdfunding risk in the critical illness.Finally,in response to the risk of public welfare crowdfunding for serious diseases,it is proposed that the applicants must fulfill their commitments;the donors must be rational;improve the platform project information review system;The government can improve the system and other risk prevention and control countermeasures.At present,scholars’ research focuses on crowdfunding and mostly qualitative research.Based on the data obtained from research,this paper conducts empirical research on the influencing factors of public welfare crowdfunding risk of serious illness network,establishes a model to further explore the causes of the risk of public welfare crowdfunding of serious illness network,and based on the above research,puts forward the risk prevention measures of public welfare crowdfunding of serious illness network,so as to improve the risk prevention of public welfare crowdfunding of serious illness network Control ability to ensure the healthy development of network public welfare crowdfunding.
