Observation On The Effect Of Arthroscopy Combined With Massage Rehabilitation In The Treatment Of Primary Frozen Shoulder

Objective:Through the observation and comparison of the clinical effect of the treatment of the primary frozen shoulder with arthroscopy combined with massage rehabilitation and the treatment of primary frozen shoulder with non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs combined with massage rehabilitation,the comparative analysis of which treatment method is more effective in the treatment of primary frozen shoulder,so as to provide a more better treatment way for clinical treatment.Methods:60 patients with primary frozen shoulder who were hospitalized in the department of orthopedics in our hospital from September,2017 to September,2010 were selected as the clinical study data.According to the principle of randomization,60 patients were divided into 30 patients,who are the experimental group,at the same time,the another30 patients were divided into the control group.The experimental group included the 16 females and the 14 males,with an average age of 52.31±5.08 years and an average course of disease of 10.2 months.In the control group,there were 18 females and 12 males,with an average age of 50.71±4.79 years and an average course of disease of 11.6 months.All the 60 patients in this study were admitted into this study in advance with the knowledge of themselves and their families and the consent of the ethics members of the hospital.In the experimental group,shoulder arthroscopy combined with massage rehabilitation was used to treat the primary frozen shoulder,while in the control group,non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs combined with the massage rehabilitationtreatment was used.The arthroscopic instrument used in the experimental group was Stryker from the United States,and a 30 °Angle with a diameter of 4mm was adopted for the operation.The control group was given nsaids combined with massage: 75 mg diclofenac sodium sustained release tablets were given orally,one tablet a day,once a day,14 days as a course of treatment.The manipulation of massage was performed by the same physician in the experimental group.Statistical analysis software SPSS 22.0 was used for statistical analysis of all the data collected in this experiment.After the test,when P<0.05,the difference was significant and the result was statistically significant.Mean ± standard deviation table was used as measurement data.Data analysis and comparison in the experimental group and the control group and between the two groups were presented by means of variance and t-test.Before the treatment of this study,and the VAS score(visual analogue score)and constant murly score(shoulder function score)of the experimental group and the control group were recorded.After treatment and 1,3,6 months after treatment,the visual analogue score and constant murly scores of the two groups were compared,and then by means of statistical analysis,the effectiveness of the two groups was comprehensively evaluated,and whether the difference was statistically significant.Results:After the statistical analysis,patients in the both groups were seen follow up visits for 6 months after the treatment,In the experimental group,the incision healing was good,and the suture was removed two weeks after the operation,and the incision healing reached I/ grade a.The patients in the control group and the experimental group had no obvious complications,and the patients recovered well.Before and 1,3 and 6months after the treatment,the visual analogue scores of the two groups should be recorded and compared at the same time.The statistical resultsshowed that the visual analogue scores of both the experimental group and the control group were lower than before the treatment,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Before and 1,3 and 6 months after treatment,the patients in the two groups were recorded and compared.The statistical results showed that: through the efficacy comparison within the group,it can be found that the test group and the control group after treatment,the constant murly score was significantly higher than that before treatment,and the test group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Through the comparison of visual analogue score and constant murly score between the two groups,it is found that: in the treatment of primary frozen shoulder in this experiment,both the arthroscopic technique combined with massage rehabilitation technique and the non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs combined with massage rehabilitation technique have certain clinical effect,which can improve the shoulder joint function for the patients.However,from the statistical data of this experiment,we think that the clinical effect of treatment of primary frozen shoulder,shoulder arthroscopy combined with massage rehabilitation is more significant than that of non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs combined with massage rehabilitation.As for the shoulder arthroscopic technique,it can relieve the pain of patients.Some scholars believe that the reason for relieving the pain is that under the continuous irrigation of normal saline,the adhesion of the joint capsule can be gradually loosened,so that the volume of the joint cavity can be restored to a certain extent.At the same time,normal saline can also make the joint cavity can be washed,using the role of the arthroscope can be sucked away the inflammatory part,thus reducing the inflammatory response in the joint,so that the patient’s shoulder joint to get better recovery.Conclusion:This study compared the clinical efficacy of combined massage rehabilitation under shoulder arthroscopy and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug combined massage rehabilitation in the treatment of primary frozen shoulder.we can found that the arthroscopic shoulder massage rehabilitation with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(nsaids)combined with massage in treatment of frozen shoulder recovery has obvious clinical treatment results,two groups of patients were eased the pain degree of patients,improve the function of shoulder joint and muscle strength,arthroscopic shoulder technology combined with massage and rehabilitation treatment for primary frozen shoulder curative effect more pronounced.The shoulder arthroscopic technique has the advantages of less trauma and better postoperative recovery.The Massage manipulation can relax meridian,dredge qi and blood,slip the joint,dispel wind and pain.The problems of patients are not only solved,but also to help patients save long-term treatment costs,but also to improve the quality of life,worthy of clinical promotion.
