| Objective: to observe the clinical effect of buxie balance manipulation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods:Choose between January 2019 and December 2019,jiangxi university of traditional Chinese medicine affiliated hospital fractures during five families were in line with the criteria for the diagnosis of lumbar disc prolapse of lumbar, and 64 cases of patients with by stochastic indicator were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group with Liu Xiaomin teach their initiative for purging balance technique treatment, the control group using conventional massage(10th edition massage of TCM colleges nationwide much starker choices-and graver consequences-in planning materials, sensitive,Song Bailin editor)divided into xie balance technique group(treatment group)and conventional massage group(control group),each group of 32 people, the number of the actually completed the treatment group of 30 people,Control group 30 people, including the treatment group carried out in accordance with the "standard of disease diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine curative effect" of traditional Chinese medicine treatment, the control of traditional Chinese medicine but not according to syndrome differentiation and treatment, two groups of treatment at the same time,frequency,cycle,2 times a day, about 25 minutes at a time,7 days for a period of treatment cycle, two courses of treatment.VSA score,JOA lowback pain score and ODI score of LDH patients before and after treatment were collected, and the improvement of symptoms and signs such as lumbar flexion function, muscle strength and pain were observed before and after treatment.Comparisons were made between groups, and statistical judgments of clinical efficacy were made according to the scores.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS21.0.Results: 1.T test of two independent samples was used for age, onset time, height and weight of patients in the control group and the treatment group. The gender of the patient and the incidence of lumbar spine segment were examined by 2,and the observed P values were all > 0.05.The P values of both t-test and chi-square test were > 0.05,indicating that the basic data of the two groups were not statistically significant and comparable. The R*C column chi-square test was conducted for TCM syndromes in the treatment group and the control group, and the value of 2 =0.334,P=0.47(P > 0.05)was obtained, indicating that there was no difference in syndrome types between the two groups.2.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86%,including12 cured,14 improved and 4 not recovered; In the control group, the total effective rate was 76%,4 were cured,19 were improved and 7 were not cured.Non-parametric rank sum test was used,z=-2.15,P=0.015(P < 0.05),which had statistical significance, indicating that there was a significant difference in clinical efficacy between the treatment group and the control group, and the treatment group was superior to the control group.3.The total VSA,ODI and JOA scores of the treatment group and the control group were compared within the group, and it was found that the total VSA,ODI and JOA scores of the treatment group and the control group were improved before and after the treatment, proving that the balancing manipulation of supplementing and relieving and the conventionalmanipulation of massage are effective for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. The comparison between the treatment group and the control group showed that P > 0.05 before treatment and no difference between the two groups;P < 0.05 after treatment and the control group indicated statistical significance, indicating that the effect of supplementing and relieving balance in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation was better than that of the conventional massage treatment group.4.Comparison of JOA scoring rules: Between groups: After T-test,P< 0.05 was statistically significant in the scores of conscious symptoms and clinical examination of the two groups;T test showed that P > 0.05 was not statistically significant.(2)In the two groups: patients before and after treatment consciously symptom score, clinical examination score, daily life movement score,t-test,P < 0.05 were statistically significant.5.Comparison of ODI score rules:Between groups: The score of lower back and leg pain in the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05)by T-test.The scores of walking,sitting,standing,extraction,travel,self-care in daily life, social activities, and participation in sexual life were not statistically significant, and P > 0.05 was found by t test.(2)In the two groups, scores of low back and leg pain before and after treatment,walking,sitting,standing,extract,travel,self-care in daily life, social activities score,T-test,P < 0.05 were statistically significant. The score of participatory life was P > 0.05,which was not statistically significant by t test.6.Comparison of lumbar symptoms and signs score: Between groups:Score of lumbar forward flexion function, lumbar muscle strength,Angle of straight leg elevation, waist pain score of the two groups, after T-test,P < 0.05,statistically significant;T test showed that P > 0 0.05 was not statistically significant.(2)In the two groups: comparison of lumbarforward flexion function, lumbar muscle strength,Angle of straight leg elevation, and lumbar pain before and after treatment between the two groups. After T-test,P < 0.05 was statistically significant. The score of weight bearing and numbness in the back and legs was P > 0.05 after t test, showing no statistical significance.Conclusion:1.Both the balance manipulation of supplementing and relieving and the conventional manipulation of massage are effective in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.2.In terms of overall effective rate, the treatment group was superior to the control group, and the supplementing and relieving balance technique had better effects on lumbar forward flexion function, lumbar muscle strength,Angle of straight leg elevation, and waist pain in patients with lumbar processes. |
