Clinical Efficacy Evaluation Of Acupuncture Combined With Cauterization Treatment Of Chronic Hypertrophic Pharyngitis

Objective: the purpose of this study is to evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupotomy combined with cautery therapy in the treatment of chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis,and to explore the mechanism of cautery combined with cautery therapy in the treatment of chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis.In order to add a new technique with clinical practice value for the external treatment of chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis,and provide a standardized treatment scheme for this therapy,so as to facilitate the promotion and application of this treatment technique in clinical practice.Methods: in this study,72 subjects who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into acupotomy group,simple cauterization group and combined cauterization group at a ratio of 1:1:1,with 24 subjects in each group.Among them,the acupotomy combined therapy was used in the acupotomy combined therapy group:acupotomy therapy was used first;acupotomy therapy was used first and then cautery therapy was used.Specific operation: the operation,the patient to sitting,head slightly forward,head is fixed,the healer told patients with open mouth,first with a spatula pressure on its tongue,exposed oropharynx and then hold 1 ml syringe,with syringe needle on the patients with pharynx posterior wall hyperemia swelling and lymphoid follicles in,by the method of clumps of light shallow point about5 under the mucous membrane of pharynx posterior wall,a prick pharynx posterior wall,lymph follicles each(every three to five lymphoid follicles),and prick on both sides of the pharynx amyotrophic lateral 2,each point depth of about 1mm,disease into disease,micro hemorrhage.Reuse treatment,stripe to heat theiron on the alcohol lamp,soldering iron to burn to red,will quickly iron dipped in sesame oil,and gently shaking the soldering iron shake off the remnants of sesame oil(so as to avoid residual in stamping on the sesame oil dripping scald normal tissue),on the hyperplasia of pharynx posterior wall follicles and pharynx amyotrophic lateral hypertrophy group burn flipping,flipping to white can be flipping bit,each time flipping cure time is about 1 s,flipping rule not to repeat the same parts when flipping,each hyperplasia lymph follicles flipping governance under 1 selection(every 3-5 lymph follicles),and each side pharynx amyotrophic lateral flipping cure,flipping scope shall not exceed that ill cutting edge,In the process of cauterization,cauterization should not be too large,to avoid affecting postoperative healing,after the treatment,with tin spray on the surface of the posterior pharyngeal wall after treatment.Acupotomy group was treated with acupotomy therapy alone.The simple cautery group was treated with traditional cautery method.Treatment course: the patients in the three groups were treated once every 3 days,and 3 times of continuous treatment was a course of treatment.Observation indicators: before and after 1 course of treatment,the changes in the scores of symptoms and signs of the three groups of subjects,and the total clinical efficacy of the three groups,and the recurrence and adverse events were followed up from 2 to 4 months after the surgery.Data analysis:spss20.00 software was used for data analysis in this experiment.Results: the results of this study showed that the scores of symptoms and signs of subjects in the three groups after treatment were significantly different from those before treatment,indicating that the three treatments were effective in treating chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis.Comparing the three experimental groups,it was found that the scores of symptoms and signs of combined pricking therapy decreased more significantly than that of acupotomy therapy and simple cautery therapy after 1 course of treatment.At the same time,the recovery rate was more obvious than that of acupotomy therapy and simple cautery therapy,indicating that the clinical efficacy of combined cautery therapy in the treatment of chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis was better than that of acupotomy therapy and simplecautery therapy.The follow-up investigation after 2-4 months in the three groups showed that the recurrence rate of the combined therapy was lower than that of the acupotomy group and the simple therapy group.In the experimental study on three groups of patients had no adverse events occurred,all the cases of safety evaluation are Ⅰ level,suggests that flipping combination therapy,needle knife stab camp therapy,and simply flipping therapy is the treatment of high security technology.Conclusion: the following conclusions can be drawn from this study: 1.The clinical efficacy of combined pricking therapy in the treatment of chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis is accurate;2.2.Compared with acupotomy therapy and simple cautery therapy,combined cautery therapy has more advantages;3.The recurrence rate of the combined therapy of puncture and cautery in the treatment of chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis is low 2-4 months after the operation;4.Combined therapy with cauterization for hypertrophic pharyngitis has less adverse reactions and high safety;5.The mechanism of combined pricking and burring therapy in the treatment of chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis is as follows: rapidly eliminate the pathological tissue of pharyngeal hyperplasia and regulate the channels and collaterals of pharyngeal qi and blood;This therapy can be used as a routine treatment for chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis after the establishment of operation specifications.
