Clinical Efficacy Evaluation Of Fupi Zhixie Prescription In Treating Of Infantile Persisting Diarrhea(Spleen-deficiency Diarrhea)

Objective: Observing the clinical efficacy of Fupi Zhixie prescription in the treatment of infantile persisting diarrhea(spleen-deficiency diarrhea),and discussing the characteristics of the prescription and medication of Fupi Zhixie prescription,so as to provide scientific basis for the treatment of this disease with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: In this study,76 cases of children who were admitted to the outpatient clinic of the second affiliated hospital of Henan university of traditional Chinese medicine from March 1,2019 to October 1,2019 and met the inclusion criteria of Chinese and western medicine for infantile persisting diarrhea(spleen-deficiency diarrhea)were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,38 cases each.The treatment group was given oral Fupi Zhixie prescription,while the control group was given oral Infant Jianpi powder.One course of treatment is 5 days.The observation time was two course of treatment(10 days).Before the treatment,after treatment 10 days,the clinical symptoms(primary and secondary symptoms)of the two groups of children were scored quantitatively,and the statistical software was applied to analyze,so as to evaluate the difference of clinical efficacy between the two groups of drugs.Results:1.Comparison of symptom scores after 10 days of treatment:(1)intra-group comparison:the total score of symptoms in both groups of children after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment.Statistical analysis showed that the results were all P<0.05,suggesting that both groups of drugs had effect on infantile persisting diarrhea(Spleen-deficiency Diarrhea).(2)inter-group comparison: after 10 days of treatment,the main symptoms were compared.The scores of single main symptoms and the total score of main symptoms in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group.Through statistical analysis,P<0.05,indicating statistical significance;In terms of mental health,complexion andappetite,abdominal distensionthe,score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group.Statistical analysis showed that P<0.05,indicating statistical significance.After treatment,the total score of symptoms of the two groups was compared.After statistical analysis,P<0.05,it is suggested that the clinical efficacy of Fupi Zhixie prescription is better than that of Infant Jianpi powder.2.Comparison of efficacy after 10 days of treatment:in the treatment group,10 cases were cured,17 cases showed significant effect,7 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 91.89%.In the control group,5 cases were cured,8 showed obvious effect,15 were effective,8 were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 77.78%.Comparison of total effective rate between the two groups: P>0.05,no statistical difference;The comprehensive efficacy of the two groups was compared: P<0.05,with statistical significance,indicating that the comprehensive efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.Both Fupi Zhixie prescription and Infant Jianpi powder can improve the clinical symptoms of infantile persisting diarrhea(spleen-deficiency diarrhea),and the comprehensive curative effect of Fupi Zhixie prescription is better than that of Infant Jianpi powder.2.Fupi Zhixie prescription was found to have no adverse reactions in this study,with good safety and great clinical promotion value.
