Spleen Warming Yang Clinical Study Of Treatment Of Children With Persistent Diarrhea Spleen Diarrhea

Objective:To investigate the current situation of drug granules of transformation and transportation of spleen and warm yang used to treat infantile persistent diarrhea. It will give new means on the treatment of infantile persistent diarrhea.Methods: 60 patients of persistent diarrhea from one month to 5 years old were entered into the research.They were randomly allotted two groups:the treatment group of 30 infants were treated with drug granules of transformation and transportation of spleen and warm yang, the control group of 30 infants were treated with gold bifid. E-ffect of 60 patients differences on improving patient's main symptoms were detected. Routine examination of stool samples of 38 patients were practised before and after t-herapy.Reults: The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher compared with of the control group.In reducing time of stool,improving the character of stool,impro-ving appetite,the treatment group excelled the control group.There was not significant difference in routine examination of stool samples of 20 patients of the treatment group and 18 patients of the control group before therapy(P > 0.05),but the improvement of intestinal flora quantity of the treatment groups excelled the control group.Conclusion: The method of transformation and transportation of spleen and war-m yang is an effective principle in treating infantile persistent diarrhea.
