| Objective:1.Investigate the psychological and family support status of female patients treated with In Vitro Fertilization and Embryo Transfer(IVF-ET),and provide theoretical basis for psychological care of female patients with IVF-ET.2.By investigating the anxiety and depression of female patients who received in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET),the extent to which the psychological status of the patients was affected by family factors was analyzed.Methods:1.This study selected 250 female patients who received IVE-ET treatment from the reproductive medicine center of a large three-tier hospital in Wuhan from September 2018 to December 2018.The self-made general situation questionnaire, assisted reproductive technology family conflict questionnaire, internationally used self-rating anxiety scale SAS and depression self-rating scale SDS were used in the study. The survey begins before the patient enters the treatment cycle, and includes general demographic characteristics, family support status, and anxiety and depression status of female patients with IVF-ET.2.Select women with Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)≥ 50 points and depression with Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)≥0.5.Among them, there were95 cases of anxiety,157 cases of depression, and 76 cases of anxiety with depression.According to the SAS/SDS score, they can be divided into anxiety abnormal group and normal group, depression abnormal group and normal group, and 50 were selected from the abnormal group Patients who volunteered for health education were compared with the anxiety standard score and depression index mental state score of 50 infertile female patients after receiving health education.3.SPSS 22.0 software was used for the data statistics and analysis in this study. The statistical analysis methods used were: descriptive statistics,one-way analysis of variance, two independent samples t test, correlation analysis, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.Results:1.The average SAS score of female patients treated by IVF-ET was47.19±8.99,and the average SDS score was 0.53±0.11,both of which were higher than the norm(P<0.01),and the detection rate of anxiety was 38%.The detection rate of depression was 62.8%;The detection rate of anxiety with depression was30.4%.2.The results of statistical analysis showed that there were significant differences in SAS scores and SDS scores among female patients with different levels of education, occupation, monthly income, and family support(P <0.01).3.Pearson correlation analysis was performed based on the scores of family contradiction items, family contradiction scores,SAS scores and SDS scores obtained from the survey of this study. The results showed that the scores of family contradiction items and family contradiction scores were positively correlated with SAS scores and SDS scores.(P<0.01);SAS score and SDS score were positively correlated(r=0.588,P<0.01).4.According to the analysis of multiple stepwise regression results, the main influencing factors of anxiety are "fertility and fatigue" and "family understanding experience".The main influencing factors of depression include "family understanding and experience","jealousy or dissatisfaction","emotional relationships between partners","infertility causes",and "life planning".5.The results showed that the standard score of anxiety and depression index of 50 infertile female patients after receiving health education decreased significantly.Conclusion:1.Studies have shown that female patients receiving IVF-ET treatment have different levels of anxiety and depression, and the occurrence of the two is significantly positively correlated.2.This study found that factors such as education, causes of infertility, work status, family support, andmarital feelings would affect the probability of anxiety and depression in female patients receiving IVF-ET to varying degrees.3.The survey showed that at the beginning of the IVF-ET cycle, female patients with high education, stable work, family support and good husband and wife feelings had lower levels of anxiety and depression. |
