Objective:To explore the effect of narrative therapy on anxiety, depression and Fertility quality of life in low-income female patients with In Vitro Fertilization and Embryo Transfer(IVF-ET),as well as the effect on clinical pregnancy rate, early miscarriage rate, implantation rate, ectopic pregnancy rate;Assess the satisfaction of patients with narrative therapy. Methods:This is a quasi-experimental study. The convenience sampling method was used to select 118 low-income female patients with IVF-ET who met the inclusion criteria from December 2020 to November 2021 in a reproductive center of a tertiary hospital in Lanzhou as the research object. The control group(n=58)received routine care, and the intervention group(n=60)received narrative therapy based on routine care,6times in total, and each time was 30-60 min.Self-rating Anxiety Scale score(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)score and Chinese version of Fertility Quality of Life questionnaire(Ferti Qo L)score were collected before intervention, three times intervention and six times intervention. After the intervention, the satisfaction of the intervention group with narrative therapy was evaluated; The clinical outcome index data were collected on the 28 th to 35 th day of transplantation, and the patients were followed up for early miscarriage at 12 weeks of pregnancy.SPSS 25.0 software was adopted for statistical analysis. Results:In this study, the primary outcome data of 111 female patients were collected, including 56 in the intervention group and 55 in the control group. The secondary outcome data of 77 female patients were collected, including 38 in the intervention group and 39 in the control group. The research results shows:(1)Anxiety: Repeated measures analysis of variance showed there were significant difference between group comparison, time comparison and interaction between group and time of SAS scores(P<0.05).It showed that the SAS scores were affected by time factors and intervention factors, and SAS score in different groups had different trends over time.(2)Depression: Repeated measures analysis of variance showed there were significant difference between group comparison, time comparison and interaction between group and time of SDS scores(P<0.05).It showed that the SDS scores were affected by time factors and intervention factors, and SDS score in different groups had different trends over time.(3)Fertility Quality of Life:Repeated measures analysis of variance showed there were significant difference between time comparison and interaction between group and time of Ferti Qo L and each module scores(P<0.05),and Ferti Qo L scores group comparison were significant difference(P<0.05).It showed that Ferti Qo L and each module scores were affected by time factors, and Ferti Qo L scores were affected by intervention factors, and Ferti Qo L and each module scores and SDS score in different groups had different trends over time.(4)There was no significant difference in the number of oocytes retrieved, the number of fertilization, the number of transferable embryo, clinical pregnancy rate, implantation rate, ectopic pregnancy rate and early miscarriage rate between the two groups after intervention(P>0.05).(5)The overall evaluation of all patients in the intervention group on narrative therapy was very satisfactory or satisfactory. Conclusions:Intervention of low-income female patients with IVF-ET through narrative therapy could effectively relieve anxiety and depression, and further improve the quality of life. There was no significant effect on clinical pregnancy rate, implantation rate, ectopic pregnancy rate, early miscarriage rate. The patients in the intervention group had good acceptance and high satisfaction with the narrative therapy intervention. |
